I would have given this place 4 stars because my first experience was a good one, however my second experience today April 15th at about 6:40 p.m I ordered two Chili and Cheese baked potatoes from the kiosk. Once I received my order I thought something with the potato looked a bit off cheese wise but the one of the workers who had prepared my order assured me everything was ok. I get home a whole hour away from the location and realized they gave me two bacon and cheese baked potatoes..not chili. This was a big fail and unacceptable to me as I don't eat bacon or pork. I'm not religious, I just don't like the smell or taste but this could have been a bigger deal if I were Muslim or anoter religion where pork is prohibited. The workers gotta wake up and pay attention. My Dinner was ruined. I was so pissed because I live too far away to do anything about it. I probably won't visit that location again. Do better!!!!

The employee was screaming and not friendly. I asked for dine in then I got my food in a bag. I took only one sip from the coffee then I threw it away.If you see this place. Run far away

The Wendy's App was giving problems uploading.. was trying to get the free 10 PCs of nuggets, but was disappointed. Besides that, the spicy chicken was great. Very tasty. Definitely recommend.

The gentleman who greets you is very kind but the FOOD....UGH. THE burger...double..was dry and almost cheeseless. The condiments were tasteless.The bun was just air. I am from Columbus, Ohio. WE LOVE DAVE.....BUT SADLY DAVE WOULD BE DISAPPOINTED HERE. I didnt want to walk to Papaya king....MY MISTAKE.

On the multiple accounts i have ate here, i witnessed asian racism from the tall, fairly, glasses wearing, skinny, dark skin cashier.Don’t go here if you want to have a good day.

What's most remarkable to me is that I've passed by the location numerous times but never noticed that a branch had opened there (most of the fast food chain branches are located further east). Food quality and service were both excellent.Wheelchair accessibility: Ordering stations and main dining area located on first floor; plenty of space for wheelchair accessibility.
Their kiosks rarely if ever work, it takes on average 20 minutes to get your order, and 50% of the time your order will be wrong. There's a better Wendy's a few blocks up 23rd, go there
