Attention Wendy's corporation, how can you let this place use your name? FILTHY DIRTY. Service is THE WORST. You wait 30 minutes for a burger and it is ICE COLD? You advertise that you do not even freeze your meat, so how is it ICE COLD? The soda machines that are supposed to be out for the customers have been out of service over 3 months. They never even tried to fix trhem. Now, they say the one behind the counter is broken. So this is the ONLY WENDY'S IN THE WORLD WHERE YOU CAN NOT GET A SODA! It's crazy, and pathetic. Close this place down

Service people lie about not offering refills when times get busy; they’re also slow and disrespectful

Menu had options to order that weren’t in stock and had to be informed after ordering drinks were not available. Customer service was non existent.

My scheduled online order was late. I asked for a barbecue sauce and the lady told me it’s $0.50, I guess they don’t know chicken nuggets come with a sauce. Speaking of chicken nuggets my 4 piece nuggets were actually 3 pieces. And also I received an eye roll because I asked them to swipe my small drink with a medium like I actually ordered.

The tall guy working the register was so unprofessional! Not only did he have a dismissive attitude and he didn’t want to do anything he also got my order completely wrong. Forgot the nuggets and then placed them in after. Forgot my drink and gave it to me after. When I left I realized he gave me a cheese burger rather than the junior bacon I ordered. Also, the gentleman beside me asked for his receipt as I didn’t get one either and her told the man “it’s right there!” Point for the customer to rip the receipt from the machine himself that was behind the register. How tacky! Do better.

Incredible how they're not able to give a cup of water for a client. Honestly, I would go somewhere else.
THIS IS THE WORST WENDYS THAT I VISITED.
The employee name as John is the way that he recognized himself, afroamerican, tall has a really BAD ATTITUDE is not a obligation to work if you dont want to. Everybody at the night shift is really rude but he in specific just doesn't want to be here but that's not my fault for he treated me the way that he did.
That was Sunday 7, September 2025 at 8:35 PM.
A really bad experience, don't recommend to nobody....

The service was unacceptable.
After waiting for over half an hour for our food, we got it incomplete.
Upon requesting the desserts to one of the servers, he said they were preparing it. After another 15 minutes, he realized we were still there and started preparing it.
He gave it to us in an ugly manner, almost throwing the bag at us. But, of course, it wasn’t the end of it, as we did not get the spoons we needed to eat the dessert. We finally got it from another employee.
I understand that they were understaffed and this is on the owner, but while we were waiting for our order (almost an hour), they messed up a lot of other people’s orders (items missing, wrong food). Another man left directly without his food as it was taking way too long.
This is not the idea of a fast food restaurant, you are located between Penn station and Times Square. Do something about it

Owner should do something with the 3 employees at night shift. Burguers were raw, when we were requesting a change one of the employees literally took them from our hands in an inappropriate and violent manner. In addition, everything was super slow, more than half an hour to make a couple burguers… do not eat here

My first time in NY I went into Wendy’s I order payed my order 14.00 with hundred bill they gave 2 20 dollar fake. I found out it was fake when I tried to buy my ticket back to NJ the cashier was a young Asian girl. Can’t believe they checked my hundred to check if real and they gave 40 dollars fake now I’m stuck in NY

Foods always made and then sits on prep counter wrapped and ready, even when fries are available for the order. Wait times are atleast double average fast food, and Wendy’s times. Manager will usually ignore it until there’s quite a few people in the lobby. Thought this was just one instance that seems to be a recurring theme. Nonetheless appreciate all the hard work.

Strictly not for vegetarians. All they have are fries. The burger and the soft drinks were good. The billing could possibly be faster.
You just need to be cautious while keeping your belongings here. If you know you know.
Their kiosks are pretty good.

I love the Wendy's location on 7th Ave. The atmosphere is wonderful and the burgers are always delicious. Just like 40 years ago. The food has stayed consistent!!!

This is the second time my order has been messed up — and it’s getting old. The first time I let it slide, but clearly, attention to detail is lacking. If you’re going to serve customers, do it right. Not returning here. I would like all of my money back. Owner, please reach out! Thank you!
And honestly — if you’re tired of the fast food grind, you don’t have to stay stuck. We help folks transition into the career they actually want. Let's get you into an industry that aligns with your goals.
