This place has the worst customer service i have seen in a while. They take forever to process your order, and then you have to ask for napkins and even a cup.

This place, absolutely sucks. Homeless hang out in front. The people who makes the food, can't read. I had to go back to the cashier to get my order correct. The fries wasn't completely cooked and the burger was soggy

Dez burgers frankly better than those at Mc Do, On the other hand it's a happy mess in the kitchen: 1 guy who prepares the burgers while it's full of people, they had forgotten the drinks, no napkins, no lid for drinks, empty dispensers for certain drinks...

But it's still much better than the brand with the big yellow M.

I ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers guess what no bacon guess what else shredded cheese ??? In my burger and only 5 little strings like really?? Why not tell people u ran outta regular slice cheese if that’s what the issue is. Then your food is ready just sitting there cause nobody can get it when they do it’s cold and then u need to beg for your drink cup then straw and sauce all different times cause they hand 1 to u and walk away

The preparation takes too long. There are two drinks machines, one doesn't work, the other only has about 5 (out of 30) drinks to choose from. Unfortunately it's not clean either. Not even remotely.

Food didn't taste good at all. Service was unfriendly and the drinks machines ran out of drinks, one was even broken. It was extremely dirty and unhygienic. Annoying that we were here.

Food was good enough. HOWEVER, the girl attending the desk and the register was absolutely nuts. No other way to describe how bad the attention was. At first she literally yelled to deliver our food even though there it was just three people in the store. Then, when we tried to get to the restroom (store was allegedly closed) she went crazy and told us that we can't come in because the restaurant was closed. Fun fact, there it was still people in line to buy and we were finishing our food as well. She called other personnel to help her out even when no one was trying to do nothing but coming into the restroom. She literally locked us out from getting into the restroom. What a way to treat clients. Don't ever go there if you see a girl kinda short with green-like painted hair or you will face something like we did.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! You’ll wait 20-30 mins just for a biggie bag order! Then when you get your food it’s all throw in the bag spilling out and no sauce. Burnt fries and nuggets. Absolutely ridiculous don’t come to this location.

WHERE IS THE BACON??
I just got the Double Baconator. It supposed to have six slices of bacon. Each slice I got is equivalent to 1/2 slices. Got ripped off.

It is a good option for a cheap lunch or dinner in midtown, (near the Empyrean State) fast food, especially hamburgers and I think good-tasting salads.
The bad thing is their staff always has an angry face and what you must have to order a Debit or Credit card
They do not take care of the beverage vending machines (non-customers arrive and without hygiene they directly fill their glasses or thermoses that they find in the trash (something common in New York City)

Vegetarian options: Salads with chicken apparently or without protein (on request)

Dietary restrictions: Salads above all, low sodium and wheat-free or Kosher

Wheelchair accessibility: There is no obstacle for wheelchair entry

3rd time ordering whilst in NY on holiday and again missing items in order? Pull apart cinabun? Paid and no quality check before handing order over! Not acceptable

Do not go! Complete disgrace to the franchise. This is my 3rd (and last time) going here. Once again, the order is wrong (3 times in a row). I mean how incompetent can these people be taking a simple order? I ordered a Dave’s single and 10 piece spicy nuggets. Got 10 regular nuggets and a chicken sandwich??? There is no ketchup (really, no ketchup for two weeks), no napkins ever!, no lids for the drinks. And this is at 12:05-12:10pm, so they are never prepared for lunch rush hour, or any time of day for that matter. Dont waste your time or money. I threw out the chicken sandwich cause it smelled like mop water. Complete FAIL

Unbelievable... My last time at Wendy's in my life. I don't know if it's only this particular restaurant or if the whole chain dropped quality in the matter of a few years, but I won't investigate. They have customization options at ordering kiosks - nice, right? Yes, it'd be nice if only they actually cared... They ignored all my customization requests, including additional bacon, for which I PAID EXTRA. But there's more. Even their regular dishes are no longer consistent with what they declare in the menu. They always had great baked potatoes. For example with sour cream and chives. I ordered one today and it had no trace of sour cream. Only a plain dry potato with chives. I see in other reviews that it's the same with a bacon and cheese potato, which comes without bacon.
And the cherry on top is that they didn't get me a receipt, which should be handed with the food (it's not printed at a kiosk). I thought it was in a bag, but it wasn't there, so I couldn't even complain. Now I understand why the receipts are not printed at the kiosk. Very clever...
Complete and absolute disgrace. Bye bye Wendy's.
