Update: I contacted Wendy's customer service who said that the franchise would be reaching out to me to make it right. Two weeks later and I haven't heard a word. It is baffling to me that corporate would allow a location to continue to operate with such hostility towards their customers.

I enjoy dining in at this particular Wendy's. The food is always fresh and delicious. Customer service is usually excellent. If you're looking to eat at a fast-food restaurant that is clean, inexpensive, and provides a comfortable atmosphere, then this is the place for you.
Dietary restrictions: If you have any dietary concerns, the staff members are friendly and easy to talk to.
Kid-friendliness: The kids will have a ball here. At least with the delicious food. đ

Disgusting environment bums sitting there beggin while ur tryin to eat, no ice in the machine, they choose to give small cups instead of the rite size, mold on the drink machine noozel, sauce packets open thrown in the bag, workers have attitudes when questioned, credit card machine not working on kios and nobody to work the register...... bad business !

Apart from the fact that I had to wait more than 30 minutes for my food, they didn't want to give me the fries from the combo I ordered because they were changing the oil, one of the employees said they had a week without changing the oil, but they didn't give me a choice, there are only no fries if it weren't for the fact that I said I would wait for it, they wouldn't give me what I paid.

Went to eat with my sister after a campus tour to NYU. By my suprise this wendy was completed trashed. Rude staff and raw food . All you have here is hopes and dreams of a better Wendys. Never going there ever again. Terrible experience.

Theres a woman sitting there on her phone walking back and forth, with no hair net/hat, having disinfectant sitting out. Absolutely disgusting.
Placed an order 6:58 mobile order for pickup, when I arrived they said not ready. Itâs now 7:40, and they say they canât find my order. This is beyond ridiculous. Did they try to resolve? No, the dude that told me my order isnât ready just says âI donât know this orderâ and practically ignored me. Ok cool. 40 mins for a meal I paid for and didnât get, what a joke.

Disgusting experience. Completely dirty restaurant, floors, tables, screens and to top it off they served me a RAW chicken sandwich (which you can see in the photos). Basically, it's the most disgusting place I've eaten in 11 years living in New York.

Sunday morning - nobody comes to the register for like 5 min - they're speaking Spanish to each other - so I pull up Google Translate and say ÂżQuĂ© tal algĂșn servicio? (How about some service?) and even then it took a few min. Looks like understaffed but also not right attitude.
