Worst place ever to eat …! Bad attention not a good service at all people how works there they actually don’t give a Dam about how your food coming in to your table or order very disgusting place not clean at all bad service …!
Plus they charge u for a sauce 25 cents when you supposed to give it away for free

2 🌟 only because we love the Wendy's chain, we enjoy the food and the restaurant was a 9 minute walk from our hotel. However, I am removing 3 stars because the reception was really disappointing. We are not asking for a guard of honor and confetti but a hello, goodbye is the bare minimum. In addition, the employee who made fun of us because we didn't understand why we were given empty cups... really... in all countries we don't help ourselves to the drinks machines, they arrive already filled. So instead of laughing.... explain to people that it's up to them to simply help themselves instead of showing us the cups, laughing etc. We will not return to this address and will go elsewhere in the future 🍟🍔

I was charged by the machine but got nothing. Now I need to get the money back through chargeback which takes 2 months. To order the food I had to go to the counter which worked fine, but those machines are not working properly.
Fries were ok but in US everything is sooo salty and sweet

I came here Friday February 21 at 1:00 PM.
I ordered at the terminal for a total amount of $63.71 (4 Dave's single combo menus + 4 ice creams).
I never got my food because according to the cashier, then the manager, the order did not appear in their listing. They didn't want to know anything and laughed at us!
Yet I paid $63.71!! My account has been debited and the line appears on my account statement.
If you are honest, you contact me, I provide you with proof that I paid, and you reimburse me.

Okay so me and my friends order 3 cheese burgers, 10 piece nugget, large fry, and vanilla frosty. We wait whole damn hour for it to arrive. We’re getting super excited, can’t wait for our burgers, nuggets, fries, and most importantly our vanilla frosty. So tell me why we get our order an hour and some time later and our vanilla frosty isn’t there??? You’re telling me I waited over an hour, paid a whole $5 for a a vanilla frosty that didn’t even arrive?? Absolutely ridiculous. Not only were we disappointed, we were left in desperate need of a sweet treat because Wendy’s thought it was okay to leave out a vanilla frosty that we paid for and deserved. I’m expecting a refund, and that’s just the bare minimum.
