Friendly manager, she told wendys does take capital one debit cards anymore because are part of Discover and dont take it .
Service was slow. Definitely wouldn't say friendly but civil. Order served correctly. No issues. No atmosphere downstairs. Can't speak of upstairs. Use rollator. Bathroom available for customers.
