First I know I am not alone with this but WENDYS MANAGEMENT NEED TO DO A BETTER JOB TRAINING AND TRAIN THEM TO DO A BETTER JOB WITH ONLINE DELIVERY ORDERS BC YOU READ THE REVIEWS ESP ON DOORDASH YOUR GONNA SEE THE 80 complaints or more from customers on items wrong or not even sent they missing. Your store is one of the stores that are by far the worst in giving customers what they order there is 99.9% of time wrong orders sent something big is always missing whether it’s a burger or 10 Piece nuggets the sauce is like 100% of time missing and the soda is never marked to tell customers which soda is which if it’s diet or Coke or iced tea we gotta drink out of each others cups to see who’s is who ? That’s unacceptable!!! Also when we do go into the store you have drug addicts half bent over on dope begging for money you can’t sit down without some migrant coming over with her school full of kids trying to hustle someone into buying some nasty drinks or fruits or some little toy which I would never ever buy from some migrant idk what they putting in their stuff definitely not they need to go back with that and everyone that’s sitting down has to get up and leave bc no one can enjoy a quick meal and management does absolutely nothing they just stand there and disappear to the back for 20 minutes come back out like they was doing work they was doing absolutely nothing like the rest of the employees so we have to pay your salary so Wendy’s need to get it together or I will be writing to corporate bc this is disgraceful and disgusting we paying for food and gotta watch some homeless dude picking his nose and eating it or sitting down and smelling like poop talking to himself begging patrons for food and the list goes on and on. For some reason this is every Wendy’s within the 5 boros always in or by the hood you go to the suburbs this doesn’t happen so it’s not Wendy’s itself it’s the employees they employing they lazy they don’t do their job and management cannot represent the store for anything that’s horrible !! Like seriously read customers inputs on every review here on google on DoorDash on Grubhub Uber etc same thing did not get an item wrong item sent soda not correct no nugget sauce no this no that always getting it wrong more then McDonalds which there employees don’t do crap either making the business look so bad ! Going to write to corporate bc maybe they do not know how horrible customers are being treated and how this stuff is going on in their restaurants how management do not enforce rules and regulations and they do not train and watch over their employees doing their jobs ! My colleague really wanted to try the Wendy's milkshake. And I've already been to Wendy's in California and the food was actually very good. So here we go. It really was one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. I had a burger and it was awful. The tomato was ice cold... cheese wasn't melted... just bad from the taste till the quality. I'm giving it two stars because my colleague's milkshake was apparently OK... fair enough. The place was filthy as hell... just a shame… if that's the new standard for Wendy's, I can't recommend it in any way.

I love Wendy's, although their small fries are REALLY small. But this is the worst one I've ever been to. The place is always messy. I usually have to go to a second ordering kiosk because the first one doesn't work right. Of the 2 soda dispensing machines, only 1/2 of one worked. All these issues and yet there are so many workers behind the counter, doing who-knows-what? It's not a good situation.
The store does not work properly. It's chaos. They got my order wrong and the $1 burger is almost impossible to activate.

I have a lot of respect for this location and the staff. They deal with tourists, delivery folks, and homeless people. They do what they can and are always on point.I've been there on multiple occasions. They are speedy, thr food taste fresh and they keep the dining room in check.A lot of traffic so it can get dirty fast. But they keep at it. They recently started to kick out the delivery guys from loitering because they got in to a scuffle amongst each other. I respect that. I am all about the delivery folks, but sometimes they just sit there and hang out. It's not just this location, it's other fast food joints in general.They also kick out the homeless people. A few days ago, a staff member kicked out a homeless person who was digging through the trash. He literally picked out a cup and filled the cup with soda.Glad she kicked him out. Kudos!
