I was there today April 25th at 3:25 and can I just say everyone there deserves a raise for putting up with this one particular lady. Complaining 24/7 about the smallest things to 5 different employees trust me when I say all the things she complained about WERE NEVER THAT SERIOUS. And these employees took to her every concern so nicely I was honestly surprised because listen I work in fast food too, this women seriously would’ve made me go to the back and scream. She had the nerve to complain about EVERYTHING SO SMALL AND TINY THAT WASNT EVEN THE EMPLOYEES FAULT DURING A HOT SUNNY BUSY DAY. Manager applaud every single one of them I only got one name, nafiz but the 2 asian women and the Hispanic women and man all deserve a raise. God bless you guys my order was very tasty actually. So sorry you had to deal with that witch of a customer. Manager I promise you none of the things she complained about were their fault but they still did everything to make her happy while the store was packed. God bless to everyone !

The truth is, I was left with amber, the only thing they have for prediabetics is salads, they don't have anything that is whole grain, like they should have plates of food. I remember in Long Island 15 years ago I went to eat at a Wendy's, there was a plate with this very delicious stew, I suggest it because just hamburgers it's not good thanksKid-friendliness: If it is suitable for children because there are only hamburgers and they should put elegant plates of food, logically I am not saying that they put a high price on them because they are elegant, it is to give a high rating to the Wendy's place. I suggest that they put plates of food for older people, not just for children, an example like Denis has varied and very delicious food dishes., thank you

You have to ask for straws! New NYC rule. They don't give them to you unless you ask. Stopped in with bae because our throats were parched. It's Wendys. What more does the review need. You have to know what to expect when you pull into that parking lot. Bae and I are trying to stay away from fast food. Once in a while sure..but its not a staple diet.

Yea, this Wendy’s is very unprofessional. lol honestly they treated me like a joke. I placed a mobile order 2 hours before closing, I call the store because the Uber drivers are having issues picking up the order, on the phone they say they didn’t receive my order until he looked…. What… you didn’t receive it until you opened it to look? I’m not understanding what was going on tonight but it was very frustrating. I tried calling the store multiple times after because another delivery driver states the order is not ready yet. Then the store closes and no one ever answers the phone again. Super disappointing because this is my normal Wendy’s.
