I went for dinner and a drink. I sat at the bar and ordered my beer. When I was ready to order my food, the bartender who seemed to be irritated by my presence, told me a song and dance about how they had experienced an electrical fire that had impacted their kitchen the day/night prior so they were only doing bar service. Yet, I saw people with food including the people next to me who had been enjoying sliders. I chose not to say anything because for some reason this bartender had decided he didn’t want my business so I finished my beer and left. But I am highly dissatisfied with my experience as I was looking forward to dining there.

Food took a very long time and we nearly missed our show despite giving ourselves loads of time.

Loved the wraps they have here, especially the chicken Chipotle wrap. Some of the items are a little pricey but the food was well made.

Friendly service, and tasty drinks....despite being near a super busy tourist spot (Times Square).

I have nothing but nice things to say about this restaurant. To be honest, I mostly selected it because it was only a block away from the theater so it was a delightful surprise at how good it was. Delicious nachos, tasty burgers, and even more delicious fries capped off with an incredible cappuccino mousse made a fan out of me. Also, we had an attentive and very nice waiter. The atmosphere inside was super cozy and just the place you wanted to be on a Saturday night with a heavy wintery mix outside. I wish the show we saw was as good as the restaurant but that's another review...

Short staff (12.26.23), but the food was good! I ordered tacos and I really liked.

We went, on one seated us. We flagged down a waitress. Eventually menus were provided. Then Houdini - gone. Never took our order so we left. Operational disaster - it wasn't crowded.

Visited on Saturday, December 9thfor Brunch. The location was not busy in the beginning. My husband and I decided to split an omelet. I ordered it with Spinach, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, and Cheese. The omelet came out with no spinach, but sautéed onions and peppers instead. We could not get the bartenders attention at the other end, so I finally got the hostess to take our omelet back. I told her we did not order onions. Finally the bartender came back down to us and said "so you got a problem with the onions". I said "YES, because we didn't order them!" He just walked away with a nonchalant attitude. He also asked what the problem was - I said "Your attitude!"If he had just apologized for putting our order in wrong and correcting the situation, things would have been fine - but his bad attitude didn't help the situation. I told my husband I was ready to leave, we paid for our drinks and left. Such a nice establishment, ruined the experienced by the bad attitude of your employee.
