The pub seems good. I went there on Friday night and it was very busy. I waited for about 10 minutes at the bar and there were two bartenders but both were extremely busy so I walked out and went to another bar. So, I'd say the service is average.

I absolutely loved this place. I recently transferred from the west coast division to work in one of our New York offices and it's right across the street from this place. We had a party booked for our branch at this bar/restaurant and I must say I love the atmosphere, I really felt like I was in Europe with all the original pieces in this bar. The pub was very authentic and timeless. They serve the best Guinness that I've had in a while. The food is good. My coworkers said that their menu is limited because they are remodeling their kitchen. Which is fine because all I really wanted to do was drink after a long day at work. Our waitress was super friendly and kind. I never met a waitress so humble and funny, I believe her name was Camilla. She is so personable and made sure each and everyone in our staff was taken care of. The food and drinks were brought out pretty fast which is good because I was expecting for our order to take longer than usual but instead it came faster than I thought. My company books a lot of office events at this establishment and I'm glad that I was able to experience this place because I will be back a lot more. I definitely recommend this place for singles, couples or for a group.

We stopped by for a drink before catching our train home. Cozy inside, fireplace & comfy chairs. Very clean bathroom, a plus! Very attentive server.

This is a good place for a quick bite and beverage. Outdoor space is attractive, warm. I enjoyed the chicken club. Don't forget to order the homemade potato chips, they are a tasty alternative to the standard side of fries. Wish they had more (and better) beers on tap. But, the Guinness is beautifully served.

Camilla the worker there was so kind and her sense of humor was so welcoming and funny . Definitely recommending her to my friends , I loved the drinks they had and the food was soo good .

My extended family of 12 came into the city for the day and the adults went to Wheeltapper for lunch. They absolutely loved the heated, covered patio and the servers, so when the restaurant we were supposed to eat at for dinner lost our reservation, everyone decided to stay. They were incredibly accommodating for us for being such a large group with no prior dinner reservation, and even though they had a large private party on the patio they moved us around so that we could stay outside all together at one table. Everyone had an incredible time and I would recommend it to anyone!

Very clean and friendly staff. We are staying at The Fitzpatrick which is connected to the restaurant and this makes it very convenient. One waitress specially stands out, and her name is Camilla, the most beautiful young lady to be served by. Thank you Wheeltapper for hiring the best. I wish I could remember the other employees, but I can't. Kudos to this establishment. Oh yeah! Food is good and reasonable.
Totally enjoyed our stay here but beware it gets incredibly busy in the bar restaurant Monday to Thursday with city workers so getting food can be quite challenging. Hotel is lovely, good attentive staff and brilliantly located. Definitely book

I have been twice to this place and the first time I imagined that the tip was included in the bill and did not realize until the waiter came around to remind me. I was quite shocked since this was an unusual experience and Im used to gratuity being included. I returned about a month later and I by chance had the same waiter and this time I attempted to test wether he made a habit of telling his tables to tip and again I was met with the same service. The atmosphere is impeccable and the food is really great but I do not plan on returning again since it seems there is no oversight over this behavior and I have never had this situation happen before. I hope this is corrected since I visit other locations by the Fitzpatrick hotel group and have never experienced equally behavior by any waiter/waitress.

Absolutely loved this venue for our company (in-person!!!) happy hour. We had a great outdoor space on the patio that gave us plenty of space to spread out and order a bunch of appetizers. The staff, the food, drinks, the atmosphere...all an A+ experience. Our server, Tamara, went above and beyond and has an amazing personality. Would love to plan another personal/work event there and request Tamara!
