Vegan milk options included macadamia and pistachio!

They serve stumptown roasters. I liked my latte with pistachio milk.

Small takeout kinda place, limited seating. Seemed popular with the regulars based on the conversation I overheard with the one friendly barista there.

Stumbled upon this place after a poor experience at LaCabra! Thank God we found a life changing drink…the Yuzu Mint Lemonade Fizz is amazing! And the gentleman at the counter was really kind and helpful. Truly a wonderful experience!

Amazing black sesame lattes. Has wifi, but no bathroom, so not very ideal for coworking!

Bizarre place made for the freshman nyu crowd.

It's what Indian chai shops probably want to grow up to be. The atmosphere at Whistle and Fizz is quiet, serene

There are a few corners that can accommodate a group of four but it's basically for couples and singles.

The tea is good. The ceremony of making it is elaborate. Even if you aren't a great student of the various varieties.

On a regular day, the tea is a break. You don't want it to become the topic of conversation or segue into whether this flavour or the other dominates.

Perhaps you should just take it and walk down the street to continue the earlier conversation from where it left off.

I guess you can't run a tea cafe without being detail oriented. And charging for the elevated experience.

I liked the neon signage. That's the only thing I photographed. In opaque cups, all the teas look the same.

Perhaps we should have been there at peak time when the place hums. But it's impressive as to how many varieties can be brewed in that tiny space.

I had such a beautiful latte and this is my new fav coffee shop near wash sq. i ordered a tahini cardamom latte and it was some of the best flavored coffee i’ve had in my life. it was nutty, and spiced, and perfection. i will say, the prices are a bit steep, but i feel like you actually get what u pay for. 10/10

The coffee is good but the service needs to be reviewed (not welcoming, muttering under their breath, not making eye contact, etc.)

My place to go around Washington Sq. The people behind the counter are knowledgeable and personable, the selection of drinks is unique. Best kept secret in a busy coffee scene.
