Sooooo slow service. People waiting for almost half an hour to get their orders ready. Only 2 employees and moving in slow motion cause probably they’ve been tired taking care of a whole store with drive through and deliveries. Hire more people!

Gasaway Castle service was bad asked what diet so does they have the staff member said all of them asked for diet Sprite he said they didn’t have it. He said the weight was gonna be long and was very rude. Acted like he didn’t wanna help us and take our order to me. It was like he didn’t want to serve us very dirty. Staff needs to be retrained actually the whole place needs to be reramped If it continues like this, they’re gonna start losing money

Authenticity White Castle- Bernice the manager is the best! My birthday falls on Valentine’s Day and this is my go to for my birthday- I then order 100 burgers and bring them to my team at Delmonico’s- p.s. they have a drive-thru and their own parking lot. For a Valentine's Day dinner you need a reservation!

Amazing, caring service (they remembered us a year later and everyone went out of their way to make each customer feel like they were having a pampered, special day); joyous and low-key V-Day atmosphere; can't beat the sliders.
