First visit to White Castle and the staff were very helpful in giving us advice and provided a friendly energy.

For low-cost fast food the quality and flavours were great and everything came out hot and fresh.

No seats in here and the walls have seen better days but are lovingly decorated in photos of White Castle history.

They didn’t want to sell me a cup cheese.

Me and my friends arrived to this White Castle at 4:12/15 am on Sunday morning. A few of us live in the neighborhood so we are aware that it is open 24 hours daily. We was extremely hungry so depended on white castles because of the hours of operation. As we arrived to the door of this establishment we saw about 6 customers inside and a few food delivery workers. We noticed the doors were locked which we found unusual for a 24 hour location. As we pulled on the door we saw 2 White Castle employees from behind the register counter do a motion (swipe neck with hand motion) to say they are closed. A delivery worker came out we went in and questioned the employees why were they closed they couldn't give us a direct reasonable answer. I told them it says it's 24hours on google for this location and you are always open. He then said we close at 4:30am. We left the location upset because I've never experienced this issue before with that location. As I looked at my watch I noticed it wasn't even 4:30am yet but 4:15am and he denied to take our order/prepare our food. If this location isn't 24 hours White Castle should have correct hours of operations listed on google, their doors and more. Such a disappointment in location and service.

The food is good but there is always people in the restaurant begging and holding the door begging also I stopped going there

I purchased 2 double cheese burgers at this establishment.I had cramps & I was very gassy for 3 days . Cashier older Jamaican lady had an attitude had a serious face she was not freindly at all

This was first time in a White Castle, so this first impression didn't go over well for me. I had placed my order and noticed people who ordered after me getting their food before me.
I watched the cashier bag up my food while the others went back to their stations. Yet the others didn't have a problem bagging up the food for customers who placed their orders after mine. I'm giving a star just because of the cashier's customer service was helpful. I hope they learn to tend to customers better in the future.

Don’t go here the service is slow and I thought they was clean but apparently they're not because I got food poisoning.

The restaurant has been in business for over 100 years.Their menu consists of mini hamburgers and fries.Their drinks are delicious. Their drinks consist of chocolate and vanilla milkshakes and soft drinks. They also have coffee and tea.

The food is standard white castle food. The service was good. My only complaint is that there are no places to sit inside the restaurant.
