The worst staff in NYC....they ignore you even with no one else in the restaurant. Then the deaf person ( she must be, she got the entire order wrong...) taking the order was rude, and totally useless. If you actually want good service and good food go anywhere else but this pathetic so called restaurant.

We ordered our burgers and they came with ketchup when we asked for mustard, we were told they would not replace them and that there was mustard on the side which was no where to be seen. Terrible attitudes from staff.

Food was disgusting and didn't taste or smell good, I threw it away!! This location sucks because it's located in one of the most notorious areas near Port Authority. It has been like this since the 70's. I found it interesting that the homeless outreach center is located around the corner and the area looks totally neglected!! It was homeless and EDP all along 8ave. Sad, this is NYC!! I tried, lesson learned. I will not be back...smh

The cashier with the red hair is so unprofessional should not be working there if she doesn't want . Very rude yelling at customers. Unfortunately will not be coming back to this location.
Gotta hire more people. Standing in line for 15 minutes to order and then another 25 to actually get the food is INSANE. Especially considering there was only 3 people in line. HIRE. MORE. PEOPLE.

Tried out of curiosity, and it did not satisfy. Service was good and polite.
Original - 1 slice of beef, not patty, 99% bun Bacon - ok, at least there's something in the buns so you're not just chomping bread 1921 - pretty, tastes like a slider, more stable mini patties Chicken - was chonky, first bite tasted good... then the weirdest chemical after taste that leaves a bitter film in your mouth. Coke and fries could not clean that out, had to spit it out Fish - you can taste the fish just from the smell. It's as thin sliced hidden in batter, but you know it's there because of how pungent it is.
