Got the funniest and friendliest service when we had our little snack here, all for an insanely cheap price too, though it is a mini burger. It took a while to make since there were lots of orders, but it was surprisingly good. The bun was warm and soft, and the patty... well, the patty was like 0.25mm thick. It was still really nice though.
The seating was pretty disgusting unfortunately, lots of empty space, untidied tables with scraps of food on them, greasy and dirty floors, it'd be in everyone's best interest to take this outside.

Wanted to try White Castle since they don’t have them in my home state. Went on a Friday night, and got in line to order. Was asked by an individual for a dollar , but shortly before I could answer, he threw up all over the floor and then into the garbage can repeatedly.
Waited for my sliders for around 5-10 minutes standing not far from the pile of vomit on the floor that no one wanted to clean up.
Most of the sliders came out right and tasted good. Would be interested in trying some other items on the menu one of these days, but maybe not on a Friday night ?

I was really looking forward to my visit, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. We waited over 45 minutes to be served, even with barely anyone in line. I had to remind the staff about our milkshakes, which is frustrating. It seemed like there were no managers on the premises to guide the team, and despite having enough staff, the service was highly inefficient and lacked motivation.
When our food finally arrived, I was let down again. The buns were overly soft because they had soaked up juices from the leaking burgers. To top it off, there was garbage left all over the floor and tables. I hope they can retrain the team that worked the evening shift on 10/30 and focus on maintaining cleanliness. Maybe they just had an off night, but what I witnessed looks like the norm.

Clam strips. When you add an order of that with a few regular sliders (no cheese, because I do trust no WC cheese), you just upgraded in life.
There’s less zombies and riff raff like the old WC that used to be on this avenue back in the day. They don’t even have bullet proof glass, which says a lot of management’s confidence in the hood considering there’s still a lot of zombies and dealers around.
It’s mos def cleaner and has a better staff than both Harlem locations. Still can’t believe this chain is family owned.

Guys. This is hands down my favorite White Castle on earth. We were there maybe fifteen minutes beginning to end it was a blast—the two girls working the counter and food had us laughing and smiling the whole time!!! Said my husband looked like “the guy on School of Rock” because he was wearing a goofy purple jacket—?? you weren’t lying!!!! Found a lady’s debit card and gave it back—she was so sweet and thankful!!! A total sweetpea. The food was so good, can’t go wrong with some sliders and a chocolate shake in the middle of the night. My heart was so happy being here and hope nothing but good things happen to the people we got to spend a little time with ?

Great service when we stopped by last night. I think the gal at the register's name was Amanda? Very nice to us & everyone behind us. The sliders were a quick and easy to grab on our way back to the hotel from a show. Glad they were open so late!
