The cutest little table outside the door. Larry brings personal service with friendly chatter. Oh My Goodness...the fried pickles are THE summer treat perfected!

Friend and I visited this location yesterday. Her an I quickly noticed that the young man behind the counter was the only one working! We felt so bad but that did not pull away from his professionalism, the speed and quality of the food! We only picked up food but I’m so happy we did. Whitmans, please ensure you have multiple employees. While it may be a small location, it is still overwhelming for one person. We are all human at the end of the day ?? I hope the waiter sees this. He was so great.

Very tasty food, no comparison with fast food renamed companies. This food is the best you can find. Really appreciated!

Had the East Philly cheesesteak and the Juicy lucy and fried pickles. Food was tremendous, atmosphere was awesome, and service was great as well. Would definitely recommend.

It's a nice quiet place, semi basement.Burger Patty was juicy but could be more flavorful and more cheesey for the juicy Lucy ?

Burgers were absolutely perfect! They DO have a lettuce wrap option even though it's not on the menu, for the calorie-conscious. Absolutely recommend the Bluicy.Servers were nice albeit a little spacey and inexperienced, but it's not a fancy place so it's fine. Our server told us the fried kale side (crack kale) was healthier than getting fries...it did NOT taste healthy. It was drowning in grease, practically dripping with it. Would not recommend.Good decor, nice for a chill evening with friends. A bit too casual for a date.

i will be honest the food is good, but just know you get a TINY portion, extremely overpriced. i’ve attached a photo with a (regular sized) soda can and (regular sized) sauce cup for size reference. the patty melt that i paid almost $20 for including tax is barely the size of my (small woman) palm.

I can truly say there burgers was a big hit after going to play with my cousins we was starving and we choose Whitman worth every bite. Nicely cooked and very juicy. Fries was fresh hand cut potatoes pickles nice and crunch. Onion rings big and juicy. So if your ever close by 1st ave and 9 at go check them out. They even have games downstairs to help you pass the time while waiting for your food. We played Uno had a good time. Thanks Whitman
Vegetarian options: They had vegan burgers and plant based. Also variety of salads
