I love their burgers - can highly recommend the Juicy Lucy with cheese filled patty. (Sweet potato) fries and starters are good too. Usually not too difficult to walk in and get a table.
Service is very disappointing from the bartenders, both times I've been here. Different people so must be a culture thing at this location. They're extremely chatty with the regulars and completely ignore everyone else. Also break health codes and let patrons come inside and sit at the bar with their dogs.
Food is fine. Hats off to those in the kitchen working their butts off to the point of covering for the sloppiness of the unresponsive bartenders.

I read about how great their buggers were on Thrillist and they were right on point. There were about four burgers I wanted to try so my friend and I split two of them. We went with the Whitman Smash and Highline Hanger burgers. Both burgers had their high points, with the Hangers meat and the Smash sauce leading the way.
