Their chocolate chip cookies are not bad
Not very good about allergy procedures
Given to us as a gift. They are so good.
Will have to order for myself at some point.
No idea why their black & white cookie is so famous. It wasn’t great. The cookie dough isn’t very good, and neither is the sugar icing. $2 for the small size.
Found their cookies to be not overwhelmingly sweet which is refreshing!

The linzer cookies and raspberry thumbprint cookies are amazing! They remind me of being in Switzerland. I love the palmiers, too! Black and whites are still delicious after all these years.

I don’t think the black and white cookies are special than the others sold in delis. It’s too sweet and not cheap. One for $4. No, I will not buy from here again.
The staff was incredibly rude to me. i have come to this place many times, with and without my parents. Every time I go without my parents (I am a minor) they are very rude to me and do not give me the time of day. They went so far as to say "excuse me, I need to help the PAYING customers" as I was making my choices. I was the first person in the store and the last to order and leave. I love their black and white cookies but this service always disappoints me.
