My bf loves this place because it has the diner food and Mexican breakfast served here. I personally am ok with this pace because the portion size is great for the price. I like my eggs overhard or well done but my eggs never came out the way I asked for. Good thing my bf can eat runny yolk. They need to edit their menu. A couple of times when I pointed out the item on the menu, it came out different than it was described on the menu. Because this is my bf favorite place in the area, I didn't want to ruin it for him. This is so much better than the IHOP that was on lexington and 126.

Food was cold, eggs were hard, bacon were burnt and they were cheap with French fries. Coffee had no sugar and they overcharged me. When I call to complain they act as if they didn’t care. I will never order from them again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, they messed up a order and bring the order back to show them they still claim they aren't wrong. Forget the part the customer is always right, the proof was in their face and the man behind the counter still wants to argue. My 13 yr old daughter just called to order breakfast and the man who answered the phone, the one who is always at the front taking orders was very rude. Indonnot recommend ordering from this restaurant at all, you want to get your food from a person who wants to be doing their job. Not someone who would speak to a child the way they just spoke to my daughter. This place is a disgrace.

I just called wimpys and asked for a deluxe chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon. I was ordering (2) the total was $34, I asked him if he could reread my order because I thought perhaps there was a mistake. He starting yelling at me stating I should know what I ordered. Bacon is $7 extra for each. So I asked him to remove the bacon. He stated yelling at me "your supposed to know, over and over. I explained I never had an issue before. I didn't realize it was $14 extra. I found myself apologizing to him. He told me he didn't need my business. He stated he was the manager. I decided just to cancel the order at that point. I didn't want him spitting in the food. Very disappointing ?

Had french toast, bacon and eggs, grits and hash browns from here this morning. All of it was GOOOOOD! The french toast was perfect, not soggy buttery and cinnamon-y! They gave me five strips of perfectly cooked bacon, fluffy eggs, perfectly simmered corn grits and crispy hash browns delivered in 20 minutes to boot! Will definitely order again!

Took a longer walk to head out and try Wimpys and was not disappointed at all. We were targeting breakfast meals and ended up taking four people for a range of the two egg meals with protein, waffles, and a gyro. All of the food was excellent and what we wanted. We tried the smoothies and they were a little creamier than I would expect but very good still. The coffee was excellent as well. A great little place with only a few tables as is normal in New York. People were very helpful and hardworking as well.

The manager here by the supposed name of "Jose" is very disrespect, AGGRESSIVE and nasty! He needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY! I WILL be filing a police report on this establishment and the manager for personal boundary ASSAULT!!!! Save your money people and go somewhere else!!! This guy NEEDS TO BE AND WILL BE ARRESTED!! MARK MY WORDS!

From the outside the place looks rundown, old, the name is slowly disappearing due to outdoors elements. Inside is very different, it's well lit, clean, has clean tables for eating indoors. Has a restroom kept very clean as well. You can see them making your food - which is a plus for me. The prices are reasonable. The con for me is the same lately with every place I've been going to. They charge you extra taxes when pay with a card (taxes which is meant for the busy,being passed over to the customer) - better to pay with cash would save you some money.
