Asalam, I was surprised how attentive to the entire establishment on 125 Street in Harlem and Lenox Ave, those people they call staff, worked their tail off, it is a wait but worth the experience. Thank you for the wonderfull experience I had of your food. Blessings!

I ordered online and they made me wait 30 to get my order after they said it would be ready.

Every time I order from this store I have a bad experience. The first time I ordered a delivery, what was supposed to be a 40 minute delivery time turned a 2 hours process that ended up in me having to call and cancel the order. Today, I ordered a delivery again from the wing stop app, besides the fact that it doesnât give you any order processing update, when I called to check on my order, I was told that my order had been ready and itâs sitting there because they donât deliver for orders from the app, only DoorDash and other delivery apps. When I went to pick up the food myself, I was told they are unable to process a refund for all the delivery fees I paid. Terrible terrible way of managing that store.

Always a long wait, and your order still wrong, wings got smaller and more pricy. Over cooked when you didn't specify well done. No care in making your order the overall attitude is like whatever you want it or not.
