This is seriously the worst wingstop in all of NYC, maybe even of the entire east coast. Always slow. Food is consistently over cooked, burnt and online orders are consistently inaccurate.

Feels like good fast food wings there mondays special is good boneless wings for 50 cents but they are boneless so it’s not the best 😂. Wish they had a bone wing wing deal but that’s for another day. There bone in wings are way better than there boneless but it’s ok nothing to brag about having but solid

Do not order from here. They gave me pieces that look like dinasour poop artifacts. On top of that they look long with my order. There was more people in the back than up front. Please don't buy here.

Living in the neighborhood I walk past this place frequently, I’ve even eaten takeout from there once (meh). The big issue is that they don’t clean the street on from of the store, tons of chicken bones. Today I finally got so fed up I had to post. Disgusting. Do better
On my way downtown from 171 st and broadway I needed a snack. I saw the wingstop shop. Small but i immediately got a smile on my face from good memories years ago when this franchise was opening up in BK and I tried it thev1st time.
I did love it went i tried it although in general so skeptical about chain food. But it showed cleanliness and the young man at the counter was so customer service oriented I was starting to feel like wow best counter service in the past 10 years and I m all for customer service behavior check. For real haha.impressive.
I got the jabanero mango boneless wings snack. 8 for 11 dollars and I was like I'm hungry and literally they made it happened 2 mn. Looks like real chicken and clean. Tasted pretty good being fast food.
I snacked and went on my way smiling. Thank you for a wonderful snack wingstop. 2time great above the line experience. All fast food should b like u and I ll b there all the time.
