So I was really hungry, so naturally I went to the closest restaurant, WingStop. I ordered the six-piece vegan wings, which by the way, I’m ALLERGIC TO MEAT! It took so long for them to serve my food, when they arrived they were ICE COLD! When I took a bite, they were rock solid too! being the amazing person I am, I powered through it anyway. Then, my real order comes to my table, I Was served the WRONG MEAL AND IT WAS MEAT!! Then, I started to pass out, just as the ambulance CRASHED through the wall to save me, it got there just in time. When I was being driven to the hospital, another car CRASHED into the ambulance! I was so scared, but being the hero I am, I walked the rest of the way! I was in the hospital for two months! Those wings gave me lung problems because they were so chalky! Never eating at wingstop even if I’m starving EVER AGAIN!!

Terrible experience. I was able to place an order for pickup from Doordash, but when I went to go get the food, their store was closed. Why was I able to order when they were closed? The staff would not talk to me, and made me cancel the order, even though what I ordered seemed to be on the shelf. If it was not, I had no way of knowing as they tried to shoo me away and would not communicate. Store hours need to be changed to avoid having a terrible time.

If you order delivery it is a minimum of two hours. Your food will be cold too. There is about an 85% chance they forget your drink. Its an absolute joke. Go elsewhere.

I literally walked in at 11:40 and it says they close at midnight and when I walked in I was ignored like if the employees were brushing me off to leave and after so after I waited at the counter for 5 minutes some body comes and ask me if I’m there to pick up i told him I want to order he said they stopped taking orders And it was 11:40 and I thought they was open till midnight so aren’t they supposed to stop taking orders at midnight when they close?!

So I went into wingstop about 2:50pm and the manager or cashier was having entire conversation on the side when I walked in. and continued to have her conversation for about 5 minutes before someone from the kitchen told her to take my order. she then walked to the register with an attitude and gave little to no eye contact! so I refused to spend my money there unfortunately I really wanted wings but not at the cost of disrespect..

Stopped by Wingstop for a quick bite and had a great experience. I ordered the 10-piece boneless wings with Hickory Smoked BBQ flavor and a Fountain Diet Coke. The wings were hot, saucy, and flavorful — just how I like them! The BBQ flavor had the perfect balance of smokiness and sweetness.
Service was quick and smooth shoutout to Ismail who handled my order. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had clear pickup areas for dine-in and digital orders.
💸 Total came to about $12.51, which was a solid deal for the portion and taste. Plus, I got a receipt promo for a free regular fry if I complete the survey within 7 days nice touch.
They need plastic bags.paper bags are not good. I got home. The bag was broken. I think I lost some food. always carrying a bag with you for your food
