The lemon pepper chicken sandwich surprised me. I was expecting an okay sandwich, but it was pretty good.
The wings were good. The fries were okay.
There was a towel roll, ketchup packets, wet napkin packets, and straws you can grab.

I ordered on Ubereats and the delivery person said they couldn’t find my order. “Alex” the crew member insisted on me giving him an order number ( ubereats don’t provided that until order is completed) I told him my name and asked to speak to a manager “Frank” the manager was too busy to come to the phone to resolve the issue. My delivery person eventually canceled the order and I never got a chance to speak to a manager. The care member Alex hung up and no resolution was provider. I hope this message makes it to corporate. A bunch of unprofessional people !!! Never again!!
Staff nice and nice clean place

Amazing food! However, service does lack a bit. Takes relatively a long time to prepare the food despite the store not being that busy. Would come back for the food though.

I recently visited a Wing Stop and had a mixed experience. While the food was of excellent quality, the dining-in option left much to be desired.
Firstly, the wings were fantastic—crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The variety of sauces provided a delightful range of tastes, from tangy and spicy to savory and sweet. The sides, such as the fries and coleslaw, were also delicious and complemented the main dishes well. In terms of food quality, Wing Stop definitely did not disappoint.
However, the dining experience itself was quite uncomfortable. The seating arrangement consisted of five bar stools, three of which we occupied. All the seats were lined up facing a window wall, which in theory could offer a pleasant view. Unfortunately, this window wall faced the sun from midday to 6 PM, and there were no shades or blinds to block the intense sunlight. This made the heat inside unbearable, and despite the air conditioning, we found ourselves sweating and shielding our eyes from the glare.
The lack of adequate shading not only made it uncomfortable but also affected our enjoyment of the meal. It's a shame because the food was truly great, but the dining environment needs significant improvement to make it a more pleasant experience. Adding shades or blinds to the windows and possibly rearranging the seating to offer more comfortable options could greatly enhance the overall dining experience.
In summary, while the food at Wing Stop was top-notch, the uncomfortable dining conditions due to the excessive heat and glaring sunlight made our visit less enjoyable. I would recommend either improving the indoor seating situation or opting for takeout to fully enjoy the delicious offerings.

Went to get food and took over 40 mins get my food ready and while I was there a lady also had a problem claiming she put an order an hour earlier and the food still wasn’t ready this made feel like I was about to wait another hour before I got mines and when I did get my food it turn out that gave my food to some else and that was the reason for the long wait but even if they did ain’t no excuse for my food to take almost an hour to be ready

I had my order taken at 7:30 and waited 35 minutes for my singular chicken sandwich. After i finally got my sandwich, i took a bite and found that my chicken was absolutely raw. The worker at the counter informed me that my order would be remade immediately, however, i waited an additional 30 minutes to get my order remade. It was only until I made my way to the counter that they realized they didnt serve me, and proceeded to make my order then. It took them 1 hour to serve a single sandwich that was edible. Tremendously disappointed and found that the other reviews were true.
