My boneless wings were the size of quarters literally so small. There was way too much cheese on my garlic parm wings, I mean mounds of it. And my corn was literally frozen. Terrible experience… 😔

I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.

You know I was looking to get some tenders and fries before going to work! But looking at the reviews..smh I THINK YOU NEED FIRE EVERYONE AND HIRE WHOLE NEW CREW! SERIOUSLY.. Close shop down until you hire responsible and older employees...fr...it's nothing but complaint after complaint!!! Smh not good look at All!!! Just Saying ✌🏼

Ordered delivery through Eats during the Super Bowl and was told by multiple couriers that the restaurant was closed at 7pm.
As a wing spot…I would think they would anticipate that you may need to make a lot of wings during the Super Bowl and try to make money instead of closing?

Comfortably the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life, no eye contact made once, mumbled out everything and got my order wrong after waiting a long time. Disgraceful way to treat customers even in a fast food environment.

Terrible experience. Waited for 15 min for someone to take my order despite nobody else at the counter - staff was completely lackadaisical. Then waited another 20 min for a simple 6 piece combo meal - the driest chicken wings I’ve ever had in my life. DO NOT BOTHER with this place

i walked into the shop at night at about 10pm and I was very hungry. I ordered one sandwhich with BBQ chicken and fries and a drink, that’s all i ordered. My friend who was with me got the same thing but she order after me. Than we sat down it was 10:06pm and she got her food first and it was her name on there and everything. I thought it was strange but i didn’t say anything. Than we waited 10 minutes for my food and i was wondering where it was? I asked the worker and she gave her horrible attitude saying “calm down ur food is coming geez!” than she walked away. Than another 10 minutes goes by and i still don’t have my food. So i’m pissed because i’m hungry and my friend already finished hers so i go up again and i asked her where’s my sandwhich? She once again gave me disgusting attitude and said “oh my gosh your food is literally here sit down” Than about a minute later she screamed my name and slammed my bagged order on the counter. And she told me and i quote “you want fast food go somewhere else”. Horrible server! Her name was something like Rosemarria or something like that I don’t know but she was black and had long hair. Get her fired!
