Didn't care for taste first time. Thought I give a 2nd try. Again not worth money. Granted ordered 8 wing combo n got 6 wing but paid for 8 piece. Again wing taste was at best ahh, fries was best thing of menu. Lady who took order was nice. Not good edible experience.

I have been waiting over 4 hours to get 20 wings delivered to my place. I have had two drivers at the store that had to leave because the wait time was so long and they don't have the order ready. I ordered through their website.

I tried to contact the store but after being on the phone waiting for 35 minutes, the person that picked up confirmed that they see my order and then hang up without telling me what was going on. This was the worse experience I have had at a restaurant for delivery. Terrible customer service and its very disrespectful to not only hang up on your customers and not deliver the food but also dont provide any feedback and status on the food

Store #2675. Ordered well before the rush for dine in. Only 2 people ahead of us. Then the swarm of online orders came in. Idiot manager apparently prioritized every online order while leaving dine in customers hanging. After 45 mins waiting I demanded our money back. They couldn’t even handle that and just asked me to write my name and number down. Worst experience ever. These guys can’t run a business and have zero customer service. Don’t have to hope, just a matter of time they close.

I am appalled, furious, and heartbroken by my recent experience with DoorDash/Wingstop. When I received my order, the name attached to it was a vile racial slur: “N***.”** Let that sink in. In 2025, a platform this large allowed something so hateful, dehumanizing, and dangerous to appear on an order attached to a real human being. This isn’t just a “mistake.” It’s a failure of basic decency, ethics, and technological safeguards. How was this even allowed through your system? How is this not immediately flagged? And most importantly—what are you doing to fix it? I don’t want a canned apology. I want answers, action, and change. No one—NO ONE—should ever have to experience this level of racism while trying to order food. DoorDash, you need to take real accountability. Fix your system. Educate your team. Earn back the trust of the people you’ve hurt. Wingstop, to the employee who actually wrote this: —it was blatant racism, and it cut deep. You didn’t just write a word. You used one of the most violent, hateful terms in history, and aimed it at a real human being. Me. You tried to reduce me to a slur. But what you really did was expose your ignorance, your hate, and your cowardice. I am not your target. I am not your punchline. I am a Black woman with dignity, history, and strength that you’ll never be able to erase with a word. I hope you realize the weight of what you did. I hope it haunts your conscience the way your word tried to haunt my day. And I hope you understand that accountability is not optional—it’s coming.

Wings specialist did not disappoint , whether you like it boneless or not , they got you covered . With an abundance of choices of sauces to satiate your pallete and various yummy sides , they really hit the spot!

If you’re going to eat here, you might as well pay extra $$ to get it delivered. I waited an entra 30 minutes for a carry out order while I saw new orders coming in and out for delivery through DoorDash, UberEats, & GrubHub. This location has lost all care for in-person dining. Go spend your money & time elsewhere.

Really disappointed with this visit. I came in on my lunch break and was the only customer there — no line, not busy, no crowd. Still had to wait 45 minutes for just an 8-piece wing order. I would’ve understood if there were tons of online or delivery orders, but that wasn’t the case. What made it worse was the two employees just hanging in the back on their phones, not even trying to move with urgency. On top of that, being on your phone near food prep is just unsanitary. Definitely not coming back to this location.

Absolutely DONE with this place. Never ordering from Wingstop again.

I’ve tried to be patient, but enough is enough. I placed a very simple order: ALL flats, paid extra for it, and what do I get? A box full of dry, cold drumsticks. Not a single flat in sight. What exactly am I paying extra for? A slap in the face?

To make matters worse, the wings were barely sauced—like someone just whispered the flavor near them and called it a day. And the kicker? The food arrived over an HOUR late and was stone cold. Totally inedible. This isn’t just a one-time screw-up either—it’s become a pattern. The orders are consistently wrong, late, and low quality.

But today? Today was the LAST STRAW. I’m sick of paying for garbage service and getting treated like my business doesn’t matter.

Save your money. Save your sanity. Wingstop has completely lost mine.

The food was delicious, the corn and the voodoo fries were delicious. Unfortunately the sodas weren’t with gas anymore but it was refillable. The chicken was ok, i made the mistake choosing something new that i didn’t know, but the ranch made it much better.
