I’m writing my feedback to express my disappointment with the experience I had today, October 6th, at your Bailey’s Crossroads, VA (3521 S Jefferson St) location around 5:30 PM. During my visit, the lady at the register was quite rude, and my order was mishandled. My credit card was charged twice, and when we came back to pick up our to-go order, we realized that five Old Bay wings were missing—which, notably, were part of the second charge. When we called the store to address the issue, a young gentleman (who refused to give his name, stating only that he was a “crew member”) told us it was our responsibility to check the order and that nothing could be done unless we returned in person with the receipt. This was my first visit to Wingstop after hearing great things from a colleague, and it turned out to be an extremely disappointing experience. Not only were we overcharged and shorted on food, but the level of customer service was unacceptable. I hope this issue is investigated and addressed promptly. I would appreciate a refund for the duplicate charge or at least for the missing five wings.

I come here often whether it’s uber eats or in person dine in the female workers and male workers are friendly and helpful. My favorite go to order is buffalo wings and Cajun French fries . I ordered 5 hot honey and 5 buffalo wings and when I felt like something was missing I brought it to the workers attention and he fixed it immediately I didn’t get his name but I appreciate his kindness. In my opinion it’s best to pick up your food in person it just seems more fresh and hot off the stove. The other wing store locations I’ve been to is not the same compared to this one . I’m always a happy customer . The dine in area is never dirty or left over food they keep things clean and your food fresh .

This place earns its top status. This place proves its worth repeatedly. Upon our introduction, every personnel member showed notable kindness. Tasteful seasoning. Fair costs and welcoming service. All the positive descriptions of Wingstop are warranted - it's outstanding.

Store #2675. Ordered well before the rush for dine in. Only 2 people ahead of us. Then the swarm of online orders came in. Idiot manager apparently prioritized every online order while leaving dine in customers hanging. After 45 mins waiting I demanded our money back. They couldn’t even handle that and just asked me to write my name and number down. Worst experience ever. These guys can’t run a business and have zero customer service. Don’t have to hope, just a matter of time they close.

I am appalled, furious, and heartbroken by my recent experience with DoorDash/Wingstop. When I received my order, the name attached to it was a vile racial slur: “N***.”** Let that sink in. In 2025, a platform this large allowed something so hateful, dehumanizing, and dangerous to appear on an order attached to a real human being. This isn’t just a “mistake.” It’s a failure of basic decency, ethics, and technological safeguards. How was this even allowed through your system? How is this not immediately flagged? And most importantly—what are you doing to fix it? I don’t want a canned apology. I want answers, action, and change. No one—NO ONE—should ever have to experience this level of racism while trying to order food. DoorDash, you need to take real accountability. Fix your system. Educate your team. Earn back the trust of the people you’ve hurt. Wingstop, to the employee who actually wrote this: —it was blatant racism, and it cut deep. You didn’t just write a word. You used one of the most violent, hateful terms in history, and aimed it at a real human being. Me. You tried to reduce me to a slur. But what you really did was expose your ignorance, your hate, and your cowardice. I am not your target. I am not your punchline. I am a Black woman with dignity, history, and strength that you’ll never be able to erase with a word. I hope you realize the weight of what you did. I hope it haunts your conscience the way your word tried to haunt my day. And I hope you understand that accountability is not optional—it’s coming.

Chicken was terrible.It had a bad taste & I felt it wasn't cooked properly.I started feeling sick after eating from here but thankfully it did not become worse.Outrageously they charged me $23 for that bullshit. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE !!!!

Will never order from this location again. It took almost an hr and a half to get my food. I ordered through doordash and didnt find out until 50 minutes later my order was cancelled due to them spilling my food in my bag and being unwilling to remake it per my dasher. I had to completely reorder and finally got it. I order side of veggies and there were barely any . They messed up my corn and tenders were clearly cooked too long.
