Store #2675. Ordered well before the rush for dine in. Only 2 people ahead of us. Then the swarm of online orders came in. Idiot manager apparently prioritized every online order while leaving dine in customers hanging. After 45 mins waiting I demanded our money back. They couldn’t even handle that and just asked me to write my name and number down. Worst experience ever. These guys can’t run a business and have zero customer service. Don’t have to hope, just a matter of time they close.

I am appalled, furious, and heartbroken by my recent experience with DoorDash/Wingstop. When I received my order, the name attached to it was a vile racial slur: “N***.”** Let that sink in. In 2025, a platform this large allowed something so hateful, dehumanizing, and dangerous to appear on an order attached to a real human being. This isn’t just a “mistake.” It’s a failure of basic decency, ethics, and technological safeguards. How was this even allowed through your system? How is this not immediately flagged? And most importantly—what are you doing to fix it? I don’t want a canned apology. I want answers, action, and change. No one—NO ONE—should ever have to experience this level of racism while trying to order food. DoorDash, you need to take real accountability. Fix your system. Educate your team. Earn back the trust of the people you’ve hurt. Wingstop, to the employee who actually wrote this: —it was blatant racism, and it cut deep. You didn’t just write a word. You used one of the most violent, hateful terms in history, and aimed it at a real human being. Me. You tried to reduce me to a slur. But what you really did was expose your ignorance, your hate, and your cowardice. I am not your target. I am not your punchline. I am a Black woman with dignity, history, and strength that you’ll never be able to erase with a word. I hope you realize the weight of what you did. I hope it haunts your conscience the way your word tried to haunt my day. And I hope you understand that accountability is not optional—it’s coming.

Their chicken and fries are soooo good and so many sauces and flavors to choose from.
two of the three times I have come in the order has been wrong. the food is about a two out of 10 Stars. the time they take to fulfill the orders is almost like a sit-down restaurant time. I give them a total of two stars out of 10
My boneless wings were the size of quarters literally so small. There was way too much cheese on my garlic parm wings, I mean mounds of it. And my corn was literally frozen. Terrible experience… 😔

I went with my family on Thursday, May 1st, and my experience was horrible. I ordered two combos, and the girl serving me ended up giving me the pieces alone, so I had to pay extra for fries and a soda. When I asked the cashier for my fries, I couldn't understand what she was saying, so I told her I didn't understand what she was saying. She got upset, rolled her eyes, and turned the screen so I could see what I was saying.
My order came out, but they never called me back. When I asked the girls serving me where my order was, they told me they would call me when it was there. After 30 minutes, I went back and my order had been sitting out that whole time, so it was already cold. We asked for a replacement, and the girls snatched our order. When the new order came out, they threw things at us. They also kept glaring at us and slamming doors.
We were never rude, so if you don't like working in customer service, it's better not to work there.

I ordered the Crispy tender combo. Crispy tenders were ok, a bit dry on the inside. The fries were soggy & a bit too much salt. I should've had the veggies sticks, didn't knownit was a option till much later
Seems like a lot of negative reviews but I’ve never had an issue with this Wingstop. I’ve been a few times now (5-10) and have had a good experience every time. Only thing is a few times, the order was a few minutes later than the expected pick up time but that’s it.
Prices are great since you can 20 boneless and fries for only $17 on their website!
Walked in at midnight, with a 15 min pre order. The customer service was terrible. they told it the food would take another 20 minutes, on top of the 15 min we already waited. I paid for a coke and asked for an extra cup just for water. The waiter proceeded to charge me $10, charging me $5 for the empty water cup for water. Rude and obnoxious. No running ice or water even
