My boneless wings were the size of quarters literally so small. There was way too much cheese on my garlic parm wings, I mean mounds of it. And my corn was literally frozen. Terrible experience… 😔

I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.

Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!

On one occasion, the number of wings was incorrect. Today's order had the wrong type of sauce on the wings. I ordered Hawaiian chicken wings, but they sent me spicy wings instead. Additionally, I requested bottled water, but they sent water in a soda cup.

They take forever lt took 24 minutes for 5 wings and I was the second person on line to place an order Now that I tasted what took 24 minutes to make this has to be the worst wings stop Ever ,oily and tasteless wit no flavors And I use to be a regular at this wing stop NOT NO MORE!!!! This store fell off compare to when they first opened

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this Wingstop. The customer service was great—staff was really friendly and made me feel welcome. I know the place hasn’t had the best reputation due to some older reviews, but I think those were just individual experiences. From what I saw, there’s been clear improvement.
The fries were perfectly seasoned—not oversalted at all—and the wings were well-cooked and flavorful. I definitely feel like things have turned around here, especially since most of the negative reviews are from over six months ago. Overall, worth giving it another chance!

They hate working. Tried placing an order online but they stopped it. Tried calling to order but they not taking call in. So I then proceeded to go inside to order and of course they are not taking orders inside. Just pointless
