Had the pleasure of dining here with my wife and we loved it. The staff was super friendly, the food came out quickly, and everything was absolutely delicious. Definitely a spot I’d recommend to anyone.”
Wo Hop is a true NYC classic and absolutely worth the visit. The beef chow fun is amazing, but don’t sleep on the vegetable dishes — the Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce and the green beans with black bean sauce are outstanding. The egg rolls are just right, and the pork fried rice is excellent. Add in the old-school staff who keep things moving with charm, and you’ve got one of the best Chinatown dining experiences around. A legendary spot that always delivers!
Loved it — everything was delicious, and the vibe is classic Chinatown energy. A true NYC institution (it first opened in 1938) and often called the second-oldest restaurant in Manhattan’s Chinatown, just behind Nom Wah. There are no frills—just reliable, flavorful dishes that stand the test of time. Definitely one of the best spots for late-night Chinese comfort food. Can’t wait to go back!
