I wouldn't know if Wonder serves up a good meal. I would have been a first-time customer but for the glitches on the website. It asks to confirm your cell by sending a verification code. The code never arrived - three times. We used my husband's cell and same thing. But it was the attempt to get help for this that really stuck out - in its ineptitude. I called customer service and was on hold for at least ten minutes. I tried to reach the local restaurant and was fed to the same number and put back on hold. I then texted and the wait just to get an answer to a text was unacceptable. Then after maybe 10 minutes (?) finally someone came on whose response was useless, including the suggestion that we go to Wonder to try to remedy the verification code problem. Not what someone wants to hear who's trying to do a delivery order! (and we happen to live more than a mile away). Something is wrong w how this place operates.

I ordered steak and the estimate I was given was 22 - 30 minutes. 50 minutes later I was still waiting! When I spoke with the manager, he was unapologetic and rude. He said wait some more or he’ll refund the money. There was no consideration for the time I wasted waiting for the food and he did not give me a confirmation that he canceled the charge, only a receipt of the original order. This location is poorly run! The person at the front told me they were significantly backed up and couldn’t meet the orders that day!
Food - the food is mediocre, not the same as if you dined in the restaurant itself. If you peek into their kitchen, they don’t make anything, just reheat things. If you want microwave food, buy it at the grocery store!

Great food every time, but last night was the 3rd time I needed to just grab a quick nice meal before it got too late and the amount of gnats and flies in this place each time is disgusting. All seating areas ppl were swatting down a bug of sorts and this happened the last 2 times I was there so it wasn’t a fluke. As good as the food is, if that’s what’s going on in a public facing area, it makes me concerned about how the kitchen is and I think I’m out on dining here even for takeout ?

Your choice of packaging for delivery is very poor. Your bag is about 20 inches wide and never completely full. The food containers are loose inside the bag which causes the foods to fly around inside the containers. how do you expect us to fit this inside our delivery bags? There's no way for it to arrive to the customer in good condition. Probably a lot of your food is arriving cold and tossed around because everyone's just holding it in one hand while riding their bikes risking their safety. This is all our efforts to help drive revenue into your new company. Help us out. Pick something else.
Concept essentially entails one kitchen that has access to a curated menu from lots of different chefs across the country.
The tacos we tried were literally the worst tacos I've had in my life. Sauce was flat, sodium ridden and the corn shells fell apart instantly. It went in the trash.
Tough place to assess as some menu items likely are great but my experience was enough to put me off the concept in its entirety

The food is below standards. Most of the time it is cold. It tastes horrible, like something that was frozen and not reheated correctly. I have tried eating here a few times HOPING something would change for the better but it never does. This last time I ordered my burger was cold and looked burnt and dry at the same time. The cheese wasn't melted on top. My chili cheese fries didn't have chili just a few beans, and cold cheese and cold fries. It was just a horrible experience. I would be surprised if anything is fresh or cooked when ordered. I wish i asked for a refund.
