I’ve visited several Wonder locations, but the 86th Street spot is hands down the best when it comes to customer service. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they prioritize a family-oriented atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff here is incredibly professional and courteous, consistently going above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. Out of all the locations I go to, this one is easily at the top of my list. If you're looking for high-quality food paired with top-tier service, this is the place to be!

As a Wonder+ Member I was very Frustrated & Upset at Wonder Upper East Side, 120 East 86th St, New York, NY 10028 because when I was in the Bathroom for less than 10 minutes in the toilet 🚽 there was a Lady Harassing me knocking the Bathroom Door more than 5 Times and she thought I needed medical help in the bathroom like I trying to tell her that I'm Pooping 💩 In the Bathroom & I didn't need any help whatsoever also the Staff at Restaurant were being very Rude and randomly kicking me & Friend out of the Restaurant for no reason The Burger Stack was Delicious and Tasty but I just wish the Burger Stack Combo with the Burger, old Bay Fries, & the Drink (Diet Coke) was a lot Less Expensive they should bring down the Price from $16.95 to $12.95 that's a more reasonable Price I would pay forThe Fries Were delicious & Seasoned well but that Price for that Combo is to High It should be a little Lower Price PointThe Lamb Shawarma & Sauce Trio was Delicious and Tasty but the Price Should be Lower From $18.95 to $14.95 The Classic Brisket Sandwich was not great because the Food Was Cold The Sesame Chicken with Jasmine Rice wasn't great because the Sesame Chicken itself was too Small and not so Tasty also the Price needs to be a lot Cheaper from $16.95 to $12.95 It was okay it took a little While for my order to be Ready when I arrived at that Wonder Location I had to wait at least 5 more minutes before my order was actually done & Finished even though it says the order was already Finished and that's why I'm never coming back to this Wonder Restaurant on East 86th Street for a very Long Time I'm going to different Location for Wonder on my because of that Horrible Experience 👎 that me & my Friend had to deal with that BS

I foolishly took a sponsored ad to go here instead of sweetgreen. Every ingredient was lower quality - chicken, salad used, even the feta and dressing. I don’t understand the positive reviews. If this place is a 4.2 then sweetgreen should be 9.5.
The food from the Bobby Flay Steak was very good, and really amazing for a delivery order. The filet was cooked perfectly and the cream spinach was a bright spot. Also- I loved the steak sauce, heavy on horseradish but that’s my favorite. Happily surprised

This place changed name and ownership a few months ago, the pho is not the same , now is bland and tasteless. Worst of all, I can taste PLASTIC from the broth, which means broth has been seating on that plastic container for a while plus microwaved upon ordered…. I got two for me and my kid, we are not eating them. I don’t think is safe and will not be ordering g again.

Marcus Samuelsson concept saved our Tuesday night disaster. Had four people wanting completely different food and Wonder somehow delivered it all hot in one order. The fried chicken was crispy as hell and that mac and cheese actually tasted homemade. My skeptical teenager even admitted the spicy chicken sandwich was incredible food. Everything showed up at the same time from one driver instead of juggling three different apps. Honestly a lifesaver for families who can never agree on dinner.
