I like the people at the counter but heir new rewards program is a mess. since they changed their rewards program i havent been able to get my purchases linked to my previous rewards or even get my rewards loaded to my account. I purchase 18 to 36 macaroons every month and now I'm thinking to taking my business else

Picked up a gift box and was very satisfied. Woops is conveniently located in the Port Authority Bus Terminal, where everyone going into that portion of the terminal will see it. The kiosk is nicely adorned and the staff member is very friendly. Woops has a wide assortment of macarons and you'll even receive a legend, in order to help you distinguish which macarons are in the box. Every single macaron that I purchased was enjoyable, wasn't flaky, and a good size. I highly recommend Woops and know, that you will enjoy every item that you will select.

GOD IS WITH THESE MACAROONS. I just had the tiramisu one with my coffee and Alhumdulillah God is Great. The man working the cashier went out of his way to be kind to me which was very comforting.

$3+ for a bite sized sugar sandwich still doesn't seem worth it, but it can't be argued that they do them well. Tiaremsu was phenomenal

Amazing experience with Woops! We had 60 favors made for our wedding. Communication was great with Pooja. All of our questions were answered promptly and the macarons were all packed up and ready when we picked them up. We got to pick out all the flavors and they were all delicious (we specifically did tiramisu, red velvet, dark chocolate, and cookies & cream with gold ribbon). I highly recommend them!

Best macaroons ever!! Loved the Nutella and the Strawberry lemonade, those are always my go to but they always have amazing flavors and I love them all. Agam was really nice and even offers us samples which I was never offered before.
