!! The chocolate chip cookie smelt so bad, it was so bad I started gagging, also it taste so disgusting would never buy it again!!! I also got the brownie chocolate cookie smelt the same as the chocolate chip cookie but it tasted a bit better but it wasn’t good. Would never buy it again

Use to be good service for orders online but last time I ordered they did not give me the entire 12 count of 1/2lb cookies. I tried messaging support twice and never received a response back. Sucks because out of 5 ppl we always order from them for our bodybuilding comps. Now none of us will give them business again. Hope no one else has this problem.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! We submitted our order and didn’t receive our order for about 10 days. Tried to call the store but no phone lines were working. Once we received the cookies they were full of MOLD! This place is a scam and disgusting! Stay away! Do not order!

Awful experience. During the drop my boyfriend had accidentally gotten two orders due to the fact you don’t get a confirmation of the order. Guess that can be error on our end. Then we reached out numerous different ways to the company to get a refund but no response. Okay now we paid $150 for 24 cookies. The cookies come and half of them aren’t even the ones we ordered. Reached out to the company again. No answer. Tried 3 out of the 24 cookies, warmed up in oven, microwave a

I ordered cookies online. Shipping keeps saying it’s on its way but everyday it says delayed with no update as to where it is. I’ve emailed them twice now with no response. BUYERS BEWARE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I hate to give bad reviews but I've followed them on Instagram all year and was super excited to get my recent order. The packing was decent even though the ice packs melted but the cookies were protected well. There was no directions in the box on storage or shelf life or if u can microwave or bake or freeze, etc. I kept them out took a few bites on arrival and took a few more bites a few days later. My impression is that all the flavors have a similar taste which was not very flavorful. It did not taste like cookie dough. The double chocolate, Twix, brownie cookie butter and classic choc chip all tasted much alike and that taste was not very good. The chocolate didn't taste very good, almost like a bad dark chocolate. I got a stomach ache the next day so I am done. Wish I can get a refund as I feel ripped off. I like to support small business but I can't give a good review if I throw out the product after 1bite.

This place has been featured on so many insta pages! I was so excited to try it out. So much so, my friend from Cali came to visit, and THIS is where I took her! When we got there there were boxes stacked in the back corner, the place was completely empty with florescent lighting. The cookie dough was basically empty and they had 2 lonely cookies in their warmer. We wanted a cookie that was all dough in the middle. We took the only 2 cookies they had, opened it up, and it was hard as a rock. A complete fail. I feel so misled. It was unfair to see such amazing advertisement and to be so let down!
Great little shop with a funky, bright atmosphere; attentive staff will help you choose from the many flavours of cookie dough, cookie dough cakes, milkshakes. I really liked the concept - if you like cookie dough and are one of those people that cannot help but lick the bowl, this is the place for you.

I am extremely disappointed in my experience with this place. I have followed them on Instagram for quite some time so I was very excited when I finally got the chance to visit. The store was a mess! Boxes all over the back part of the store, and the names of the cookies were written in marker on the dirty glass. It was all smeared and smudged and barley readable. They are open until midnight, we got there around 730-8pm. There were barley any cookies left, and they refused to make the shakes. The only option was one of 4-5 cookies that were flat and didn't look appatizing or a scoop of edible cookie dough. The cookies were not great, definitely nothing special and the staff was very unenthusiastic and not helpful at all. Extreme let down! Don't waste your time.

I was hoping this would be a 5 star review, but it is not. I was looking forward to visiting the World's Best Cookie Dough storefront during my trip to New York for months (I am a s***** for cookie dough and the Instagram account had me at hello). Today, I was finally able to visit with a friend of mine. We traveled from Pittsburgh and this was something that was on our list of must-haves while in the city. With that being said, I have NEVER been more let down by something. The one star is earned for the cookie in general. I was hungry, it tasted great, but looked NOTHING like the enticing and EXTREMELY deceiving Instagram posts I drool over on the regular. I am truly not even sure what kind of cookie it was that I ate this evening, because the woman working there couldn't tell me. Actually, she couldn't understand anything that my friend or I said or asked, and we couldn't understand what she was trying to say. I asked for something listed on the menu (it was written on the glass case and clearly said "Custom" and "Create Your Own Flavor") and she pointed to the case and said "don't have" or something along those lines. At this point, my friend ordered (pointed to a cookie in the case, then tried to explain that she also wanted cookie dough WITH the cookie). She then paid for her cookie and cookie dough and sat down. The woman then completely ignored me until I flagged her down and pointed to one of the cookies in the case, asking for whatever it was. She pointed at my friend and said "She has two". Was she insinuating I should be eating her cookies and not get my own? Everything about the visit was frustrating. I unfortunately will not be returning and I feel acting like you offer something on Instagram that is NOTHING like what you actually offer is not okay.

Cookies are alright. Their Instagram and social media photos make the place/cookies look way better than it actually is. The store is dirty, cluttered and NOT fun to hang out in. Place seemed dirty too. Wouldn’t come back.
