3 stars because the Duck was seasoned well. Went on Christmas Day and spent $500 on a date and I was not satisfied. First of all on the walk in they were exchanging gifts and we had to wait by the door until they were done. We did the Peking Duck Experience and online it says it’s $88 but we were charged $98. For the $98 I thought we were getting the whole Duck but they just took pieces off the Duck and roasted it. So not worth $100. Then we ordered shrimp fried rice and they brought chicken instead. I had to get up to find a random host because our server disappeared and didn’t return. When they brought the shrimp fried rice out it still had chicken in it. It appeared they just picked out the chicken and put four shrimps in it so I made them change it again. We also ordered lamb chops well done and they came out red. Over priced drinks that come in little glasses and music way too loud that you’re screaming at people at the table. The Duck was good and seasoned well just not worth the hype.

Very special Christmas dinner. We had the whole duck. It was amazing. Get the whole duck and stir-fry spiced bones for $10 extra

Went earlier this year… 8pm reso & we got seated 45 minutes later! If it wasn’t for Carlos at the bar or our waiter throwing in drinks on the house, the dining experience would have been absolutely terrible. Have you ever heard of anyone at a restaurant for 4 hours? And no, not because we were having a great time, but not only because we didn’t get seated for 45 minutes, our food took forever too! Mind you, we also weren’t even seated in the dining area, we were seated by the bar.

We started off with the hot stone wagyu, which was good. We also decided to go with the assortment dim sum set. That wasn’t bad, but the black truffle soup dumplings had 0 truffle flavor to it in general. We had to of course get the Peking duck- it’s why we chose to try this restaurant in the first place. The price compared to Chinatown is wildly overpriced, but it was delicious. Downside is that we waited another hour and a half for it tho (from the time we sat down)!!! It did feel like there wasn’t much to it either, and we asked if we can take the rest of “the bones” home, and the waiter originally said no because it’s do used for the “broth” but we all know that’s a lie. At the end of dinner, we actually did get some sort of duck leftovers home.

Would I come back here? No. All those posts the influencers posted were because they either received special treatment or something idk. But as a regular paying customer, I would never come back.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and PLEASE be aware that the prices located in the menu website ARE NOT the once’s presented at the restaurant menu! We asked the waiter the reason in regards to this discrepancy, and at the beginning he started saying.. oh the prices changed 2 weeks ago and they have not been able to update the website prices, then he corrected and apologized himself, saying that prices were actually changed two days and that some dishes on the restaurant menu were no longer available. To be honest, we felt that information was definitely not clear, and waiter was definitely misleading us and providing excuses to justify the differences in prices . As far as the food it was good and tasty, but not sure if I will come back again or recommend this place. Just be aware that if you visit this restaurant it’s a bit pricey (food and cocktails wise ) and I would highly recommend to maybe call in advance just to check if the menu prices from the website have been updated or not ( you don’t want to encounter a surprise once’s you are seated at your table)

Came in very late right before the kitchen closed and service was great. They came back around before the kitchen closed and asked if we would like to order anything else. My group enjoyed the food.

This restaurant plays loud banging music till 2 am and it’s not even good music. Terrible consideration of the neighborhood. I wouldn’t recommend anything to eat here either. Overpriced and low quality.
