The most TERRIBLE online shopping experience. I placed the order 2 weeks before, and didn't get any reply except an order confirmation, not even know whether it was sent. I emailed twice and got no reply. If my credit card had not been charged for the order, I would have thought I did not even place the order.

worst customer service. Did all my Christmas chocolates gifts from them spent over $3K. Had to chase down Shaineal for updates on packages and they even arrived a few weeks late. Flavors of the chocolate are unique, but for the high price the quality was not comparable. Would not recommend or use again.
