Was my favorite restaurant when I lived around the corner. Delicious food, super friendly staff with great service, and they have a great selection of sake. Miss it a lot after having moved away.
Nagoya's eel is nice and the only recommendation at this place. Taste of Yakitori is not stable, sometimes really good sometimes just ok. Sashimi so-so.
Most waiter and waitress are friendly. There is one lady. That RED T-SHIRT PONY TAIL LADY. The first time you're rude might because you're tired. The second time you're rude might because you have a bad day. The third... that might be your temper. Why every single time I dine here you rude...

I was looking for a japanese restaurant after strolling in central park. Found out this little gem and dont get fooled by the size of this place. One of the best japanese food i had in months and it was not that costly also.
