I came today to get food with my coworker during lunch break . The worker didn’t even bother to say hello , or say anything to get my order .I forgot to bring cash so I ordered for me and coworkers first. And told the guy I will come back and get cash for ATM . Expecting my food will be ready when I come back . I get back after 5 min and he didn’t even start my order yet and told me I had to pay first . Disgusting and rude worker . Unsanitary place as well

There’s certain things that you just can’t make up it’s OK to ask for extra barbecue sauce on your spare ribs but when the food gets to you and it’s all oil that’s leaking out because the last time I checked barbecue sauce is thick it’s not water down where it’s leaking all over the side of the bag and the whole plate is full of liquids loose liquids like it’s just oil I need to do better these fast foods are just getting worse and worse and worse and every time I regret that I had to spend my money .They shouldn’t even get that one start but I was only able to leave a comment if I clicked on a star so that’s a negative star and then I call the guys gonna scream at me took them out I asked for extra barbecue sauce. Yeah I did not water damn barbecue sauce. That’s pretty much oil.
I grew up ordering Chinese takeout from this place but I absolutely despise the young guy that man’s the front door of this place.He always wants to charge extra for everything,He recognizes loyal customers and yet he never demonstrates loyalty to the loyal customers. Their food isn’t all that spectacular that anyone one be loyal in return. And that’s why I am reminded why I order from other trusted Chinese fast food restaurants. If they close down, I would care less! Because they are horrible.They don’t accept debit cards or credit, they charge or extra anythingAnd their Services suck at best.

The lower east side coalition has condemned this restaurant because they are extremely rude to customers and refuse to deliver on certain blocks on the lower east side. News 1 is preparing a segment on them in 2023 about there zoning and cutting out a section of hispanic and black and other minorities that on south avenue D. if you order try the resturant on 5th and D they are friendlier and more accionadating
