We held our wedding tea ceremony at YAO and the experience was amazing. I would 100% recommend anyone who wants to have an event or have a high-quality meal to come to YAO. It was hard to pick a favorite dish there were so many. Some favorites: beggar's chicken, the fish, tomahawk steak, and lobster noodles.
I am Cantonese so our family has very high standards for Cantonese food. We have been to Yao several times (to both their original and this new location). I have to say, Yao is the best Cantonese restaurant we have tried in the US (and we have tried plenty), in terms of their quality of food and hospitality. Every dish is outstanding and you can tell the love and care for food from the head chef and owner in all the little details integrated in their dishes.
