I love Lebanese food and Yara took it to a whole new level for me. And they have Almazza pilsner, perfect with your meal. It's not heavy or overpowering. 10/10 would absolutely recommend Yara.

I had lunch here a few months ago on my own and I really enjoyed it so I invited my friend to join me for lunch this afternoon. we ordered beverages, hummus, and I ordered a salad as my entrée. My friend ordered a grilled chicken Shawarma. The beverages and the hummus came promptly and the salad followed soon after. I had told the waitress when I ordered that it was to be my entrée , so when it came, I let it sit there until my friends sandwich came. We must've waited at least 20 minutes until she was served, even though we kept inquiring where it was. It finally came and we were told that the wait was because salads are usually shared. this did not make much sense, because did they think we were going to share the sandwich? By the time it came my salad was soggy ( too much dressing and a long wait). We also did not find the service to be particularly polite. In fact, it was almost accusatory. I do intend to return to this restaurant, because my first experience there was a positive one and the menu is wonderful. The place is also beautiful. Today, however, was a disappointment.

Beautiful restaurant, and we really enjoyed the quaint casual vibe of the space. Truly delicious food--the hummus was so smooth. The staff were all friendly and well-versed in the menu. We'll definitely be back!Dietary restrictions: Clearly labeled vegan dishes.

Service and ambience were really nice, but unfortunately the food was a bit boring and dry. Had hummus shawarma.

Beautiful live music (Wednesday), Phenomenal food, our waiter Michael was so attentive and very friendly. The employees are all great to have a conversation with, highly recommend the grilled shrimp - and that hummus was to die for. WILL BE BACK.

This restaurant has a very nice atmosphere and we didn't feel it was noisy even though there were many people. Service was friendly and good and we shared mezze dishes with 5 people (all with different preferences from vegan to omnivores). The dishes were delicious and authentic, and we'll definitely be back!

We were the only people in the restaurant (should have been a red flag, but we gave the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was a slow night - Wednesday). We were a party of 7 (3 of which were kids) and ordered 3 chicken shawarmas, a beef shawarma & a mixed grill. Every single dish came out cold. I'm talking, out of the fridge cold. We couldn't believe it. It was inedible and quite disgusting. For a restaurant that had ONLY ONE SINGLE TABLE (ours) to serve, they epically failed. I can't imagine if they had another table or two. But then again, not another person in the entire city was compelled to go there. When we told our waiter, he said it was impossible that the food was cold because it just came from the kitchen. I asked him to pick up one piece of meat from any dish on our table. He did. He was shocked and apologized, but then tried to charge us for 1/2 the food - mind you we only took one bite of each of the dishes to know they were refrigerator cold. We had not eaten anything else from the plate (I mean, how could you? It was nasty, cold food). He then amended his charge to the appetizers and drinks we got - fair enough. But then, he had the audacity to add a 25% tip since we were a party over 6. He ultimately corrected this after I brought it to his attention, but this place was a horrible experience. Nothing about it was worth going to. Not a single thing. We were so disappointed because we were eagerly looking forward to amazing shawarma. Don't waste your time or money here.

Great place to gather with friends. Lots of options on the menu, so food for people who want vegetarian options. I would love it if, on the main course list, there was a smaller version offered for the grilled assortment of meats. It's a lot of one person to eat, and yet the assortment option is so appealing.

Outstanding food and service! We wanted to get away from the tourist areas and find a quality neighborhood restaurant. Yara absolutely fit the bill! The classic Mediterranean standards were some of the best we've ever had. Definitely worth returning!

Very slow + odd communication. Food was also not the best. There are better options in the neighbourhood!

Worst red wine ever drunk for an expensive price. The food was tasty. For the price and the experience, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone despite the tasty food.
