I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant!!! Their food tasted SO good and tasted like it was homemade food. It was made with so much love, and the food was so flavorful and seasoned. Every thing I got, hit. I got the curry chicken platter, and I cleaned my plate. The mint lemonade tasted so fresh and refreshing. The baklava was really good, as well. The customer service was excellent and so homey, as well!

Came in here with my gf and had a great time. Asked for their best recommendation and got the fahsa and roasted lamb, genuinely some of the best food I’ve had in nyc. Can’t wait to go back, this will be a regular spot for sure.

My only regret was not seeing the entire menu before ordering off of the wall menu. The Shish Tawook was excellent with moist flavorful chicken chunks and great sauces. The rice was fluffy and tasty on its own. The full menu has more traditional Yemeni fare like fava beans cooked with eggs.
