small but mighty shop, rice rolls are made fresh which is hard to come by in philly. I walked in around 2p and it was a 40min wait but well worth it! I was able to browse the many great shops around chinatown before circling back so it was perfect timing. the shrimp rolls were $7 after tax (CASH ONLY) and were packed hot with a to-go soy sauce packet. This is a unique place that sells hand-made and steamed on-site 肠粉 that you find no where else in the states. My hometown in China had this type of food and I missed it so much for years till I found this place. I wish they offered it in a wonton soup or some kind of meat soup. Portion is large for the price. Difficult to find seating. The spices are good too.
This is a very small restaurant but serves delicious rice rolls. There is a small side table for you to eat without seat. They prepare after order and it’s always busy. I came in around 9 am morning and there was about 30 minutes waiting.
