Too expensive and no option for smaller cups… some of the fruits seem not fresh and dried up. The lady didn’t show any customer service, no greeting or anything. Not bad but will probably stick to pinkberry if I’m craving frozen yogurt even if I have to travel.

I like this place. The ice cream is delicious, the only thing is that it melts very quickly and it is better to eat it inside the business. The air conditioning is very weak, they must buy more powerful air to keep the ice cream firmer for longer. And for that amount I took, which is little, they charged me $5. The more things you add, the more expensive it gets.

The frozen yogurt was amazing and they had so many different options. The Boba tea on the other hand was pretty mediocre. It kinda tasted store bought, so I wouldn't recommend going there specifically for the tea. Its a little on the expensive side and the place could use more seating.
Definitely go there for the frozen yogurt though! It's clearly their specialty.

I asked if the smoothies were all made using real fruit. They said yes. The only thing that was real was the banana… sugary canned peaches and pineapple juice were half of my drink. Pretty disappointed.
Loved the selection of yogurts and toppings. Will def go back if I’m in the area
Yo Sweets in Washington Heights is a delightful treasure that my husband and I recently discovered. This charming spot has quickly become our go-to destination for satisfying our bubble tea and frozen yogurt cravings.
The moment you step inside, you're greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help you choose from their extensive menu of treats.
The bubble tea is good and refreshing. We highly recommend both the taro and coconut milk teas—they are perfectly balanced, rich, and incredibly refreshing. The tapioca pearls are consistently chewy and fresh, adding a delightful texture to every sip.
The frozen yogurt at Yo Sweets is equally impressive. With a wide variety of flavors and an array of toppings to choose from, each visit feels like a new adventure. The froYo is creamy, tangy, and utterly satisfying, making it a perfect treat any time of the day.
Overall, Yo Sweets is a must-visit spot in Washington Heights for anyone who loves bubble tea and frozen yogurt. My husband and I couldn't be happier with our experiences here and eagerly recommend it to everyone we know!

Terrible customer service, the cashier yelled at my son.
Very interesting place! Self service froyo with a bunch of flavors and a lot of toppings. They weigh the froyo. Everything is pretty cool, but the froyo itself was nothing special. Would recommend it though!

Good selection of flavors, relatively good pricing (same as 16 handles). Not to clean the counter, but ok enough
Absible prices you can go with your children there is not so much variety but for a small place it is very good and when you want to eat a yogurt like this I recommend it
I love the taste of ice cream. ?
