This place is truly a Gem! Beats any place in Chinatown, the ambience, most definitely the Quality of the food and the service is Top tier! 3rd time here and looking forward to our next visit. Yong Chuan definitely exceeded expectations. The Peking duck was sliced perfectly and presented artistically. I really loved how the tables were spaced out instead of being cramped. The service was spectacular. Highly recommend.
Yong Chuan is probably my favorite restaurant in NYC right now—everything is SO GOOD. I’ve already eaten here at least three times. Highly recommend the Peking duck, shredded beef, dan dan noodles, pea shoots, and the Yong Chuan fried rice, but you really can’t go wrong with anything.
