The Vera Cruz Panini is absolute 🔥! Perfectly toasted bread with that golden crunch, gooey melted cheese, and fresh ingredients bursting with flavor in every bite. The seasoning is spot-on, and the balance of textures is just perfect. If you’re only going to try one thing here, make it the Vera Cruz — it’s the kind of sandwich you think about long after you’ve finished it.

Quality and customer service has gone down over the years. They will send sugar free/ diet sodas and Gatorade even if you request not sugar free. They've done this to me at least 10 times. Moreover, they charge $1 dollar extra to switch ranch to pesto in their California Hero. I've been going here for years, and have literally bought over 100 of these sandwiches and just recently they started doing this. The one time I asked them about it, they said it wasn't the pesto, but the sandwiches were listed at too low of a price online. I've had my worst BEC sandwiches from here too, literally tasted like cardboard, so I stopped even trying with those (had to have them add extra cheese because there might as well be none if you don't. Also, there's never enough sour cream with their quesadillas... so that's another dollar for that. I know I'm likely just ranting and this might be petty, but this is literally a place I ordered from over 200 out of 365 days in a year and now, maybe a handful of the time in a year, just hoping that things could be managed or handled better. Ordering a drink shouldn't be like rolling the dice and hoping for the correct version... prices should be transparent and I shouldn't feel like these additional charges are arbitrary and at their convenience... and really? this is NYC! They should know how to make a good and consistent BEC.

This place is completely rude to their customers, no serving skills. The guy working at the counter marco looked like he hated his job. He was so annoyed making our juices THAT WE ARE PAYING FOR. He kept arguing back to us. He was the worst experience ever. Please change the people who run your store because is was a disgusting experience. He kept taking people before us even though we were there before anyone else. He was acting like he was racist.

This restaurant continuously and frivolously adds adjustments and surcharges. It’s a $1 here and $2 there. Overtime it adds up to significant amounts. When I questioned UBER Eats they had nothing to say. Be aware that you will end up paying multiple times for add-ons - through original order placement and then they will charge it again. Food is mediocre and sometimes doesn't even feel safe but it’s the only place that is open 24hours so end up using them for convenience.and just so you know Uber Eats won’t do anything about it. Do will have to dispute with credit card .
