The most mediocre bagel and cream cheese you can find in nyc. They also charged $19 for a coffee and bagel by accident, and only gave me $6 back when I questioned it. So coffee and bag is $13? In this part of town? Come on now
I went to Zaro’s at 1825 Park Ave, Ny, NY months ago when I miraculously found this Zaro’s open in Harlem. The man there was overly nice to me on more than one occasion. I think two separate times. I was very grateful for my corn muffins. I want to know why this Zaro’s location is being ignored by management just because it is in Harlem. The sign says it is open from 6am to 7pm on the window but it is never open when I pass by at any of those times. Online it says it’s open 7am to 7pm. The Zaro’s app does not even include 1825 Park Ave in the Lee Building. You cannot even order and pick up or have it delivered or cater. What is going on? If you cannot care about opening this Zaro’s and including it even on your Zaro’s app, why is it even there. I truly hope you don’t close this location. Also, when I went to this Zaro’s and spoke to the very nice worker there. I wish I could remember his name. He was alone. That is unacceptable. The environment in Harlem can be tough. There are a lot of homeless people or people on drugs constantly standing around. You should never have a store open with one worker alone. That is very uncaring for his safety. I’m sure you have many, many workers in your Zaro’s stores in downtown Manhattan that I have visited over the years. It is not fair or right. I believe 100 years ago, your grandfather Zaro and his wife would’ve wanted to be fair to everyone rich or poorer. I speak for many people when I say that I want to see this Zaro’s location open at set times Monday to Friday. Harlem is improving very much. There are no longer only poor people in the area. As the community improves over the years, please improve this Zaro’s location. If you want it to be even safer, you can hire security maybe for this location?! Sorry I did not include a photo with a time stamp so you can see how no matter what time I pass by, it is never open! I want my corn muffins from there and blueberry ones.
If you're in the mood for a mediocre bagel and cream cheese for almost *5 dollars* this is your place. NOTE: The menu says a bagel is $3, but when I was ready to pay, the guy behind the counter -- who was perfectly nice -- told me it's actually $4 (not counting tax) but the owners, or someone, hadn't bothered to update the price in years. Clearly, whoever runs this place has little interest in keeping customers. They definitely lost one today. Unbelievable.
All i got was no for all the things i asked for. The area is pretty terrible, but inside looks nice.
Unfortunately it seems like they are going out of business. Nothing in stock. Couldn't even get an Everything bagel at 830am. Service is lovely and the staff member was friendly and polite.

So not sure which location sent cakes to the supermarket the cake is good but my problem is all that writing on the box 1 has no expiration date. 2 it did not say the flavor so when I cut into it it was chocolate and some of my friends couldn’t eat it because of allergies.
Every morning I am greeted with a smile from your staff . He is always pleasant and kind. He makes the best sandwiches. Please continue to be amazing to your staff.

I had a really great experience here. The cakes and cookies are amazing! I was even given a sample of the carrot cake. One of the best bakeries I’ve been to in the city.
Bought two cranberry scones today, they had a sour taste to them.

No nondairy spread options for years now, Zaro's needs to get with the times
Waited to order a bagel for about 10 minutes despise being only one customer in front of me. Cashier didn’t even acknowledge me as he was too entertained with the one customer chatting about cakes. Went next door to the deli, I had my bagel in 3 minutes. Premium prices should come with premium service. Do better.
I didn’t eat anything but it was raining and I had to catch a train at MetroNorth so I stopped in and the cappuccino was really good and the man behind the counter was so personable at 7:45am!
Their lattes are horrible! I tried it because the place looked well established. The service was also not up to par because the barista didn’t even ask me what flavor i wanted he just started making it until i asked him what flavors were available. 3/10 would not recommend!
I was there around 9am on Dec 3 2021 and unknowingly left my gloves there. The employee actually tried to chase after me to alert me (I didn’t hear him) and stored it at a safe place. I went back an hour later and was so touched to get my gloves back, because I had no hope and thought some customer must’ve taken them already. High praises and appreciation for the staff there. He was the only one working at the counter and was short staffed, but he still took the effort to look after the customers. He deserves a raise!
