Diana and Shimone were absolutely magnificent. Diana made me the best smoothie I've had in my life. Shimone's energy and enthusiasm brightened my entire day. They should both get a raise /promotion

I ordered a black Americano, but she gave me a coffee with milk. Watery and tastes weird, I don’t know what I am drinking - doesn’t have any coffee or milk flavour.

Literally the smallest and most pathetic bagel I’ve ever gotten. I’m mad.

I am not a bagel connoisseur, but my lox scallion was amazing! 🥯 lost a star because of a slightly extortionate price for it 😞

They have varieties of bakery foods. We enjoyed a almond crossiant and a cafe latte. It is near the Vanderbilt One Summit

The bagels are not very good. Too much bread/too doughy. Not much flavor either. The cookies are always pretty good. Not the best, but good. But this place has gotten so expensive it’s just not worth it to get anything from there.

Given this is a train station (and nyc), one would expect to receive a bacon egg and cheese in under 5 minutes, especially when there is no line. It took over 15 minutes for me to get my food. It was not very good, not that I expected much. This is a tough watch

Hands down the worst “cold brew” I’ve had which is rare in 2025 as it’s become a staple in most cafes and fool proof to make. This tasted like old hot brewed coffee served cold which is a trick some places do to save money and false advertise it as cold brew. It was unpleasant and I couldn’t finish it. Very Vince staff though who are just following orders from owner/mgmt

I work overnight and had a taste for some baked bread. Made my way to Grand Central, they had just opened. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. Made my selection, had the bread sliced, left with a fond farewell. Will return again.

I came in and asked for a cheesecake. The old guy behind the counter gestures at his own eyes with his two fingers and then points at the case, indicating for me to look. First, I am in a rush and don't have time to look, second, I can't see well which is why I decided to ask for help instead of wasting time. I don't eat cheesecake and don't know what they look are supposed to always look like. I am a banker, not a baker. Fix your attitudes
EDIT: fruit flies landing on food in display case
