I work in grand central So it’s convenient to me to go eat there at lunch I came the other day there was a short dark skin lady she couldn’t hear my order and gave me something else When I told her it wasn’t what I ask for She gave me an attitude and nasty face I was so shocked 😳 This was the last time I will eat there There is other places to eat and much nicer!

Gave us burned coffee, we could not drink it! Asked for a refund, and they said they couldn’t do that. $15 for two coffees that were undrinkable, not a cappuccino, just black coffee!
I just got an iced latte, definitely isn’t a latte might just be cold brew with milk. Might be the worst coffee I’ve ever had. This was from the location near the 16-19 trains. Got an Asiago croissant from the main hub that was actually good and the hot coffee, flat white and latte was average to decent. So giving a 3.
