Stopped in for a quick lunch. The wait for food was a bit long, but the service was good. The BLT on a bagel was delicious and the bagel was soft and fresh.

Unfortunately their $6 cold brew tastes like jet fuel (in a not good way and frankly undrinkable). I think management needs to try this and confirm this is a product they are proud to sell. I would recommend also upgrading your oat milk vendor to Oatly or Minor Figures - it will change the game and I (and others) will gladly return! Until then, 1 star.

I’ve grabbed a lox sandwich from here for 18.24 no capers available. Just cheese lox and onion and the last two times I’ve come for a plain cream cheese I’ve gotten a sad amount of spread. I should just spend my money elsewhere

Over Over-priced - it is much much more expensive than the Starbucks nearby.
Wow best bacon egg and cheese ever. I don’t understand why it has bad reviews because when I went this morning to the penn station location I got quick and friendly service and the bagel was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside and very fresh!!!

I wondered in this location and to my surprise who would think you'd get such levels of courtesy friendly and professionalism. Devon was super cool about adjusting my sandwich request, Yvette was just bright cheerful and kept area clean. The manager Fallou was attentive to customers and even handled a pan handler which is the norm at Pennsylvania station with dignity. Today in Zaros was a restoration in NYC
