Wow best bacon egg and cheese ever. I don’t understand why it has bad reviews because when I went this morning to the penn station location I got quick and friendly service and the bagel was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside and very fresh!!!

I wondered in this location and to my surprise who would think you'd get such levels of courtesy friendly and professionalism. Devon was super cool about adjusting my sandwich request, Yvette was just bright cheerful and kept area clean. The manager Fallou was attentive to customers and even handled a pan handler which is the norm at Pennsylvania station with dignity. Today in Zaros was a restoration in NYC

Fresh place and space for food. Local and branded name known for quality goods. Had the cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese it was soft, fresh and tasty.

Easily the worst NYC bagel I’ve ever had.

It’s not the same tasting products they used to make and their prices are tripled in 2 years!

This place may have used to be good in the beforetimes, but it is no longer.
Stale bagels from yesterday or earlier.
Tried to get me to add ‘gotham’ bacon to my sausage egg in cheese, which more than doubled the price from $6.75 to $14.99. I told them no thanks. Then there was at least 5 long black hairs in my sausage egg and cheese, which I did not eat.
Don’t eat here unless you truly resent yourself and hate money.

Amazing and high quality food and smoothies. I felt like I was healthier walking out of here. The Black and White smoothie was incredible.

The bread's decent enough, not top-notch but okay, and a bit on the expensive side. The service, though, could use some work. Tried asking a staff member about a specific bread, but she was near some loud music and just ignored my question. Kinda makes you question the work attitude there.
