Reliable food at any restaurant that has Jose Andres name attached. We were there to celebrate my mother in law's 85th birthday- I was disappointed that she wasn't recognized more for this as I had messaged the restaurant when I booked and again a few days before arrival. We ordered a lot of food and when we asked for leftovers to be boxed up they were mistakenly thrown out in the kitchen- we were upset because it was A LOT of food but appreciated that the manager was...
The food and services were very good. However, I do not understand why there is one unisex bathroom for that large a resturant. It was ridiculous. Many people had to walk into the hotel and go up the elevator to the next closest bathroom.
Usually this restaurant is great. During this visit the waiter did not tell us there was an ingredient in a dish (my friend had an allergy) until after we had received part of our order. It was 40 minutes after our order
