A charming Flatiron favorite, Trattoria Zero serves up a bountiful feast. Servings are large and delicious. Osobucco isn't found many places and this was delicious. Save room for fabulous desserts.

We were so happy with our experience there at Trattoria Zero!! What a true culinary delight! The food was simply delicious and the service was impeccable! The restaurant was lovely and in a great area with so many things around it! We will definitely be back when we are in NYC and look forward to trying other options!! Incredible food, service, and atmosphere! The short rib pasta was decedent, the duck was delicious, and the cacio e pepe was amazing. The service was the fastest and most professional and polite I have ever experienced. This is truly a stand out establishment and I look forward to dining here again!

I had dinner with my daughters and was so lovely. We ordered the salad with pears and was so nice since the server split the salad for us as the table. My daughters had pasta - loved the pasta with artichoke - sauce was so yummy and I had branzino. We shared profiteroles for dessert. Excellent service and loved the calm atmosphere! Thank you for a great girls night dinner!

The grilled octopus was burned and it was crusty beyond overcooked, so it had a bad smell with the crusty black layer on top. Skirt steak was fine, and service was good.,

I had dinner here with a client. The food was fine. However, the service was quite poor. At the end of the main course, I requested the dessert menu and our waiter slyly laughed and told me I “didn’t need” dessert, clearly judging my weight. It was humiliating, insulting, and utterly unacceptable in a business setting. When I confronted him, he tried to shrug it off with “you’re sweet enough,” making it more awkward. I can’t believe I tipped him. Trash experience.
Update/Reply: Yep, this is definitely where I had my experience. It had appeared as Gourmand Bib via google search, though the staff now clarified that wasn’t accurate. Anyway, besides the point, the service was still objectively poor.

Best experience, I have ever had. The owner and staff went above and beyond. The wine bar across the street completely rejected us, but the owner at Otto welcomed us with open arms. I would eat here every day of the week just off of the customer service alone. Support good business.

A truly downtown Disney experience. The service was very sweet. But the company was better. Unfortunately the dishes sounded better than they tasted. Diners beware. There will be several happy birthday songs on a Friday night. Also, very grateful that this was the only restaurant with last minute reservations available…

Have to say, I am very very picky, but this place nailed it. Needed a last minute reservation for 7, no problem. We got there, they gave an excellent table on a Friday night. Place was busy, buzzing, but not overly loud. The food was great. I loved the non-meat pasta in tinfoil and the penne vodka sauce was great. I'll definitely go back and hoping it's as good bc I've crossed so many places off my list that I'm happy to add this place a new. Thank you.
