The pizza was nice. I ordered white pizza with pesto, and I added mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach. However, I didn’t see or taste any pesto. The pizza itself was okay. The thickness was just right. The combination was nice, but just average. I’m annoyed that they didn’t put pesto on my pizza.
My go to when in the area. I've tried their cheese, pepperoni and GrandMa slices all very good and tasty. Usually, busy during the evenings and lots of delivery and take out orders so the food is moving.

I’m a regular here and ordered 3 plain slices, garlic bread, and an order of onion rings for delivery. After a few bites of the pizza, we went for the onion rings. Upon eating the onion rings we found a band aid under the marinara sauce. One of us vomited out of disgust. 🤢🤮
Called La Vita and they denied any one of using a band aid. They did refund me but this is a major health violation as diseases spreads this way. They clearly lack quality control and following health codes.

The food felt short on every level. I ordered the meatball sub. After a few bites, I examined the meatballs only to discover how old they were. I am still nervous whether or not I will get sick. All the food that was on display appears as though it had been there since the week before. It is very dangerous to leave meat out at room temperature for hours at a time. They should name this place food, poison pizza

They keep the usual wide variety of already-made varieties at the counter—regular, Sicilian/square, grandma; plain, white, most any kind of topping and some topping combinations. But the ingredients don’t seem fresh and (reheated anyway) the taste is more workmanlike than inspiring

This is my first review on google because someone at this store just pissed me off. My job usually order pizza from here because they do have good quality pizza. I decided to order for my family through an app. One order was supposed to have pepperoni which they forgot to include. I called the store one employee said to ask for store credit next time or complain with the app. I said never mind and got off the phone. Called back to make them aware that there were no plates for three boxes of pizza. The person who answered was very rudeeee and said to call the app since that’s where I ordered and hang up on me. Yes, I ordered from the app, but you guys are the store. I am upset not because of the incorrect order or not having any plates, but the disrespect of that employee who hung up on me. All he had to say, was “I’m sorry about that”. Not just brush me off and hang up the phone on me!!! VERY unprofessional!!!! Zero star for service.

One of the best pizza spots in the area. The spinach & mushroom slice is to die for. I haven’t tried their white broccoli slice yet but it looked amazing as well. The staff is very friendly and the place is clean and has enough chairs and room to sit down without feeling like you’re on top of people and a big plus is that it’s air conditioned.

We’re making La Vita our new local spot! We just moved back to the city, and this place is a perfect fit for us. The employees are cool, and the pizza was great— even tasted good cold, which is a big plus.
The bathroom was clean, which I appreciated since I took my son there. The menu has a lot of variety, making it a great place to grab a couple of slices or even order a few pies. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I'm not a local, but every time I'm here, I always stop and stick to old faithful or try something new. At some point, the name changed to this, but the customer service and food are still spot on! Forgive me for adding lettuce to a philly, but that's just ME! There are so many things to choose from. Philly reminds me more of an upscale roast beef sammy with meat a good mother made from Sunday leftovers, and that is what I need when missing HOME!

For a quick relaxing bite of pizza this is a good place. The cheese slice is only $2.75 plus tax so $3 total and extra sauce is free. The staff are so nice and friendly . They work hard. The place is air conditioned and has plenty of seating and bathrooms which is a luxury in manhattan. They have a lot of variety of toppings and the prices are great. I hope it stays this way. I will come back every time bc it’s a nice atmosphere and clean. I only wish the crust and bread part were a bit more thin and fluffy and chewy but it’s still good enough for me. Plus outdoor seating and they keep it super clean which is rare for a pizza place in NYC.
