Service and cashiers are amazing. The food though, don’t eat the pickle because there’s no way a pickle tastes like that. The bread and toppings could be (slightly) better.

Waited 10 mins for a bagel with cream cheese. Again a bagel with cream cheese, and if I greet you before you greet me that means bad service all around. It cost nothing to say hello or have a modicum of hospitality.

I tried a sable sandwich, a smoked trout sandwich, and a sockeye salmon sandwich. All of them were good, but too pricy. One of them cost more than $20. The cole slaw and pickle that comes with the sandwiches, however, were flavorless and bland.

Antonio the head manager at this locations has suck an amazing attitude and customer care. I was inquiring about catering and he was so welcoming and stepped fast on assisting me. I highly recommend anyone coming to definitely try out the traditional sandwich. This location overall has great staff and very clean cleanliness. Oh thanks to Antonio!!! 5/5

They smoke their own fish AND make their own bagels. The sesame seed bagel in particular was AMAZING. The amount of options available make each trip unique. So many combinations and each one a banger. The cheese pull on the BEC was also INSANE.

surprised and disappointed, I sometimes bought bagel here - although expensive, but excellent quality, this morning I went in and discovered that they reduced the size of the bagels by more than 50% and left the same price!! Complete discredit of a popular place!!

I decided to be adventurous this morning and got myself a pepperoni pizza bagel for breakfast. It was pretty good.

Good bagels. We ordered the special schmears but they pretty much tasted like plain butter and plain cream cheese. Still, it was good. The service was quick and the coffee special of the day was terrific. I would eat here again.

The place itself looks nice, cool, and clean. Staff at the counter were friendly at first. While placing our order, they told us we qualified for a complimentary fruit salad. We didn’t ask for it, they simply offered, so we accepted it thinking it was part of the service.

Then, before we even received our food, we had to finalize the payment — including the tip — upfront. Honestly, tipping before experiencing any actual service always feels a little strange, but we went along with it.

A few minutes later, a lady (seemed to be a manager) approached us, saying there had been a mistake in the order calculation and that we didn’t qualify for the free fruit salad after all — and we’d need to pay for it. Luckily, we hadn’t opened it yet, so we returned it. But the whole situation felt unnecessary and unprofessional.

It turns out the fruit salad is only complimentary after a certain order amount, but that wasn’t clearly communicated. What frustrated me the most is that the tip was already paid before this awkward moment even happened. If they’re going to create confusion, maybe let the service speak for itself first — and then earn the tip.

The bagels were okay, but nothing special for NYC. Overall, it could’ve been a decent morning, but the strange communication and timing left a bad impression.

Zucker's is… okay. The bagel itself was fresh and the service was friendly, but I’m giving 3 stars instead of 4 because they forgot to toast my bagel for my takeaway order. For a spot that specializes in bagels, that’s a pretty basic detail to overlook, and it definitely impacted the experience. Otherwise, the food was decent, but nothing stood out as exceptional. If you’re in the area, it’s a solid option, though there are other places nearby with more consistency and attention to specifics. I’d probably try those next time before returning here. Double-check your order if you go!

Someone sent me a gift and it was delicious. So I decided for Father’s Day to order and I was extremely disappointed. The bagels were absolutely.STALE I LIVE IN FLORIDA. I DIDN’T HAVE TO ORDER THIS FROM NEW YORK. I COULD’VE GOTTEN BETTER BAGELS HERE AND I ORDERED THE FATHER’S DAY BRUNCH AS A GIFT FOR MY BROTHER MANY DAYS IN ADVANCE AND IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED ON FRIDAY THE 13TH AND IT WAS DELAYED AND NOT SENT OUT AND NOW IT WILL BE DELIVERED LATE AND OF COURSE, WHEN MY ORDER CAME, THE ICE PACKS WERE MELTED. CERTAINLY WHEN HIS ORDER IS RECEIVED THAT’S IF IT IS RECEIVED TODAY THE ICE PACKS CAN’T BE SOLID ENOUGH. I WILL BE ASKING FOR A REFUND ON MY CREDIT CARD AND I AM VERY, VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED.
