I was so disappointed with this shop! I was all ready to feast on the best bagels ever but alas, that was not the case.
The joint was packed, which was a good sign (I thought). The woman who helped me was sweet. All the workers were teriffic, but the bagels really weren't very good. I'm from NY, so I never eat them toasted. I got a poppy seed with tuna salad. Simple, right?? The bagel was hard and the tuna salad bland and flavorless. I also got a chai latter, which was just ok. I do not think that I will ever go back.

One of best bagels , fresh bagels and fresh filling. Bit chaotic, there is a system for queues but found it confusing as a non local. Other than that great food

The food is edible, but it's about as plain as plain gets. Probably good for babies and old people who don't like to taste their food

Oh my word. What a discovery. Super friendly staff (think it was Leon at the cash desk). Easy going and helpful. The bagels are stunning. Everything bagel, cream cheese and salmon with all the usual trimmings. Trust me, you will love the bagels

Stopped by Zucker’s Bagels & Smoked Fish with the family (party of six), and we all really enjoyed our food. The place was super busy — definitely a good sign — but the staff kept things moving, and our food came out surprisingly fast. Finding a seat was a bit of a challenge, but once we settled in, it was all worth it.
The bagels were fresh, chewy, and perfectly toasted, and the smoked fish lived up to the hype. Everyone in the family found something they liked, which isn’t always easy with six of us! You can tell they take pride in quality here.
Overall, great food, quick service despite the rush, and a lively New York atmosphere. Can’t wait to share some photos — they tell the story better than words.

1/4 lb cream cheese? I don’t think so. Just a skimpy schmear. It was hardly toasted either

Place was not clean, staff was not friendly be it the ones preparing the bagels or where you pay.
Bagels are overpriced compared to other places in the city and quatities do not match the price point.
You will be much better going to other bagel shops, especially if it's your first time in the city.

This was my first time coming to Zucker’s! After hearing about all the Ray from many people in the city, I decided to try it. I am so happy to say that it was delicious and worth the wait. The people at the counter were very informative and friendly having to help me choose what to get.

My order was wrong, and when I asked to have it corrected, the second one still wasn’t right. Unfortunately, the quality and taste of the food were not good.
