Out of slaw, they gave us no pickle, and the sandwich was incredibly dry. Pretty sure they were supposed to put mayo on mine, and they didn’t. I would avoid this place; so many other incredible options are in NYC. This will probably have to close its doors soon if they keep giving customers the experience we had.

They forgot my order and were super unprofessional about the whole thing. Waited over 30 mins to go up to the counter and even then they didn’t seem interested in apologizing or remedying the situation. Would not come back.

bagels are burnt too often

I ordered a everything bagel with butter, I asked for butter on both sides as I like to taste it. It came to me with hardly any butter in which I had to go ask for butter on the side (which they gave me)
No decaf coffee had to get regular and it wasn’t great.

The bagels are quite small, and there was not even close to enough cream cheese. The staff was very friendly. Sadly, I won't be back

I’ve eaten a lot of NyC bagels but this place might take the cake. They let me sample the fish salad and the chicken salads and they were both delish. Hard to choose but went Fish Salad on an everything bagel with a little butter and cucumbers. Twas a mighty fine bagel sandwich!

Very good bagels! Crunchy on the outside, while soft on the inside. The bagels aren’t quite as large and fluffy on the inside compared to classic New York bagels- they feel a bit denser and more similar to Montreal style bagels.

Online ordering through Seamless has been faulty for months. I used to regularly schedule large orders for my office ahead of time with no issues-- now the orders are rarely confirmed, let alone delivered. Calling to check order status has been useless as well, with staff claiming they're not seeing the order on their end. If it's a consistent issue, perhaps offering scheduled orders through Seamless should be discontinued until the restaurant's system is fixed.

YUM! These bagels are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I got the everything bagel with egg, cheese, and scallion cream cheese—absolutely delicious! 100% recommend. Best bagels I’ve had in NYC!
