This was my third time here they always get my order wrong
Incredibly slow service. Discouraged from paying cash. Walked out after waiting 20 mins
The food was great with a wide range of items. The salmon pastrami sandwich was very good and my friends loved their bacon, egg, and cheese bagels.

Staff is incredibly rude, especially behind the counter. They mumble something and then roll their eyes when you ask them to repeat what they said. Last time I’m coming here.

Severely overpriced, I wanted a simple bagel with salmon, it was $17 plus coffee is almost $4, I settled for a regular bagel with cream cheese and coffee and still paid $10, this is unheard of, I’m a New Yorker, a coffee and a bagel shouldn’t be over $5 together and maybe 2-3$ for fish, this place is a rip off, they also messed up my coffee, it’s not that hard to understand black coffee which they kept asking me about and still gave me milk. I’m upset, feel ripped off but I’m already out of time and have to get to work. Never coming back here again, for $20 you can have a feast for breakfast if you know your way around the city, I really wanted to give these guys a try but nope, 👎
I've been a student around here for only a week so I haven't explored the area a lot. But I received a flyer for student deals as long as you have ID. Not sure how long the promotion will last but I hope I can get it again when I need a quick meal near school. You can get a BEC with tax for under $6! (I needed to get it without cheese)
Tip: use their spice seasoning by the pick up counter before you take the bagel to go! (Love the red one) Maybe they can help you add it before packing the bagel.

Excellent quality fresh bagels. Plenty of seats. Prices are competitive. I'd recommend visiting.

If you’re in NYC, you cannot miss Zucker’s Bagels. You simply cannot. Do yourself a favor and try them. Zucker’s is THE bagel institution of nyc. My favorite ever. Will always come back.

Absolutely loved the atmosphere, the service and the care. It is a bit pricey though, but it worth each and every penny. Bagel was fresh, crispy - full of ingredients , salmon was fresh and service was very efficient. Also they give you little salad and pickle on the side.!)

Hard pass. Don’t be fooled by the presentation. The texture is weird…you can’t take a bite without awkwardly squeezing out the filling, which, by the way, is extremely salty. It’s so salty it inflamed the tip of my tongue. Maybe the excessive saltiness helps mask the fact that the fish wasn’t fresh?
I was also taken aback when I had to pay $1.50 for a cup of water. This whole experience is just offensive. Smart strategy though: dehydrate your customers and then boost your water sales. A genuine disgrace to the NYC bagel scene.
Last thought: this place only survives probably because of tourists. Any true New Yorker will not pay $20 for a white fish salad bagel.

The bagel was not bad, but the customer service really did it for me. The guy at the cash register looked annoyed and made me repeat my order thrice because he was busy looking elsewhere. Such a shame because the interior is cute too.
