Amazingly nice staff, good food, the manager is a jerk
Authentic and delicious bagel and smoked salmon place. Was recommended by my tour guide. Got the turkey, avocado bagel samich and another with the lemon blueberry smear. Excellent bagels. Affordable. No notes! If you live here you already know! If you are visiting try it out!
Fast,clean, good taste!
Place is cute, food is fresh unfortunately costumer service from the cashier is not it which is the main reason why I won’t be back.
Overpriced and small bagel. $20 for a bagel, takes forever. First and last time. Front desk guy was nice, that explains the second star. I’d choose Brooklyn bagel instead.
Great bagels! So fresh and hot.
5 Stars....
Came looking for a New York Bagel experience and it did not disappoint. The variety and the quality of the bagels was outstanding and so were the cream cheese options. Finally the coffee was also great.
Enjoy eating from this place. quality and great customer service
Zuckers bagels was awesome. My kids love their bagels and the breakfast special was $9 for a bagel with egg and cheese. The egg was perfect every time. Coffee that comes with it was great. Everyone is nice and thoughtful who work in the store.

I come here more often than I should because I enjoy their everything bagel, however something has to be said about the customer service experience at this Zucker’s location. I am not sure if the ordering system is confusing to use or if it’s loud in back of house, but every time I order, the order repeated back to me is entirely wrong (e.g., toasted when i say Not Toasted, or hot coffee when i say iced). I’m not a soft spoken person by any means and I use eye contact to ensure I’m being heard. What gives? Has happened no less than 10 times, doesn’t matter which day. Maybe it’s me who should be at fault for repeating the same mistake. This is the one time I understand the case for self-service ordering.
This place is good, but totally overpriced and the staff is not friendly at all. Indeed, the bagel was delicious, but not worth 20 dollars. It was very hyped everywhere so I decided to try it, but won’t be back. I’ve had very good bagels in NY, just like this one, but at 1/3 the price. An extra point for having the “gluten free” option for the menu, plus a special green bagel made for St. Patrick’s day.
Great everything bagels with nova and a bacon, egg, and cheese. Great portions
Slow service even when not busy and often get the order wrong. A bagel and coffee is over $9 now. Just not worth it.
good bagels. no decaf coffee.
