They are inefficient the delivery service is too long you have to wait a long time for the delivery man

The bagels are great but the place is inefficient. We get our bagels faster if we order delivery from them instead of standing on line. Good food though.

WARNING. This location pre-portions the cream cheese and it is nowhere near enough. Then they’ll charge you for more and it’s somehow still just barely a reasonable amount. This used to be a great location, my go-to, but now I will not go back until they fix it. Don’t waste you time or money.

Sad disappointing bagels… the hole in my everything bagel was massive and felt I got shortchanged a bit.. There are plenty of other bagel shops (with a lower price tag) worth going to on the UWS.

This is my favorite place to eat a quick lunch on the upper west side! A big bonus is that you can bring your dog inside and hide in the AC in the summer!

Nice food. And they have a customer toilet! Tried next door at Starbucks and decided not to part with my money when not even a toilet was available. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food here.

Makes sure you check your order, even though they repeat your order, you still get wrong item ,wrong smears on bagels

As a returning customer, I’ve given this place several chances, mainly because the bagels are decent but the uncomfortable and frankly unsafe environment has become impossible to ignore.

The interior is consistently stifling, with no apparent air conditioning or proper ventilation. Doors are kept closed even in extreme heat, and the temperature inside often feels hotter than outside. It’s clear the staff are struggling under these conditions, and when customers voice concern, the management’s response is dismissive at best rude at worst.

There are basic expectations for any food establishment, and adequate ventilation is one of them not just for comfort, but for safety. Prolonged exposure to excessive heat can present both employee welfare and food safety concerns. This isn’t just about customer experience; this borders on potential health code violations under ventilation and environmental safety standards for food service establishments.

It’s unfortunate to see such disregard for both staff and patrons. Until these issues are properly addressed, I can’t recommend this location.

The bagels were so delicious, especially bagel pizza. This place left a pleasant memory of New York🤗

We really enjoyed our two visits to Zucker’s Bagels. The bagels were fresh and delicious — just as they should be. There was a great variety of fillings, and everything we ordered was full of flavour so take your time to choose your fillings. It's a classic New York spot and a great stop for a satisfying breakfast or casual lunch.

I ordered 2 bagels to go and when I got home and oenend them I discovered they were hard and burnt-completely inedible. I heard good things about this place but will not be back for awhile. The service was rude and the food ended up in the trash because it was like biting into a rock.

Used to practically live in Zucker’s back in my college days. Decided to stop by and check them out after years of not going. Great service and the bagels are as fresh as ever. I wish they would expand uptown - I recommend the tuna on a whole wheat everything bagel !
