Have ordered a few times recently before leaving a review in hope that something would change… but oh boy has this spot gone downhill…. Bagels have barely any cream cheese, are often dry and stale, and there are consistent issues/missing parts when placing custom orders. We will not be returning unfortunately.

I’ve been here a few times hoping that one time they will get my order right but every time they manage to screw it up. A simple ask of a cinnamon raisin bagel with maple walnut cream cheese was a cinnamon raisin bagel with honey jalapeño? The people at the counter are rude and unhelpful. They aren’t good with managing the line, overall terrible experience. I’d rather travel 15 blocks to broad nosh instead

I ordered a Bagel with avocado that was very good! Bread well made and with a lot of flavor. Value for money is fine. The place is small inside but outside it has a terrace with several tables to eat. The people who serve are friendly and attentive.

I work across the street from Zucker’s upper west location. It feel like home because everyone is so friendly and welcoming . The manager Chrissy is doing a great job . She always greet me in the morning with a smile. The team rock especially Luis , shakil and Francisco . Thank you for making me smile today .

Solid bagel spot. Apparently my risky ritual is coming here before a Saturday morning movie at the AMC nearby. Plan to come early as there will be a line. Very courteous staff that was warm friendly energy as they shepard people along. It's not a barn so close the door and wait outside if you can't fit inside.Would love to see regular everything bagel flats instead of just whole wheat, but alas still awesome.

Ordered pickup and they not only excluded portions of my order but they gave me coffee with almond milk when we have an almond allergy. When I called to address this issue, they put me on hold for 15 minutes. Horrible experience, horrible customer service, and the food we did get was just mediocre. Would give 0 stars if I could. STAY AWAY.

I have been going to Zuckers UWS for over a year - in fact sometimes up yo 3/4 times a week. It’s a given that the bagels and food are great. But, one of the things that stands out as much as the bagels, is the team behind the counter. Kristy, the manager, and the entire team are impressive in every way. Welcoming, courteous and able to get your order quickly and correctly sets them apart from many other food establishments. This team should be acknowledged and appreciated by Zuckers Corporate and they should be told so - I will undoubtedly continue to frequent Zuckers
Bagels are all right, but are extremely crispy, which some won't like. Last time I ordered online, I got a bunch of bagels and cream cheese spread. The plain, low fat cc I received was covered in red which to me means that the utensil used to fill the container was contaminated and not clean. Gross.
